Please note that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your personal use.

Guest Access:
Please note that the driveway and dock are shared with the home next door.
The home has a private well and is equipped with a full house filtration system.

The Neighborhood:
Minutes from St Michaels. The home is on St Michaels Road, which allows you direct access to all the sights in area.

Other Things to Note:
We welcome your furry friends at an additional non refundable fee of $200 per pet..
All guests are required to sign an additional lease mandated by the Talbot County code.
Cameras located on exterior of property are not in service in areas guests gather such as pool, patio, porches etc. while the guests are renting the property.

Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.

We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
