Conclude an active day with a soak in the hot tub and a delicious BBQ meal on the private deck!

This upscale home has all the space, modern amenities, and access to nearby attractions needed to be the perfect Massanutten mountain getaway you and your family have been searching for!

Is as it appears
It was two couples. By it being 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooma, we had plenty of room. The house had EVERYTHING you would need. Even the little things you seem to always forget, they had! We were very please and would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing House in the Mountains
My family loved the house and all that we had to do in Massanutten. The waterpark and family adventure park are a short drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and seems recently updated. The communication before, during, and after the trip was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We booked this stay over the long thanksgiving weekend for me and my spouse and 2 adult children. My other adult child and spouse live in the area and we always stay at Massanutten. The home was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and we were once again very pleased with our stay in Massanutten. I would recommend.

Perfect for JMU Weekends
Close location to JMU to visit daughter and tailgate. Lyfted to the game. Plenty of room. Beautiful scenery. Deer roaming unconcerned. Hot tub was awesome as well.

The Perfect Stay
We are beyond happy we chose the Cozy Mountain Song for our family summer vacation. We had a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old. There were only pros about this place! When looking, I loved that they offered a travel crib (pack n play) for easy sleep accommodations. Everyone had their own rooms and the basement was a bonus for play time and relaxing. My husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub at night! The place was super clean and had everything you needed to feel at home. Very close to all the resort amenities. We cannot wait until our next vacation here! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!! :)

This place was awesome! We loved the layout of the whole property! The deck was beautiful, rooms spacious, everything you ever needed in a home away from home was in the property. We were there for a 4 day weekend, we wish it was for a month. We will return again when we can!

The property manager was on top of things, brought us gas for the fire pit as soon as I let them know it was empty. Tons of space and things to do to keep the whole family busy. Will definitely be returning

Great stay
This property is very nice and close to all the massanutten attractions. We stayed here and loved everything about it. Only thing is recommend is the hot tub needs a cleaning it smells pretty musty and moldy in there, otherwise we were very happy with it!

End of Summer Getaway
My family stayed at the property over Labor Day Weekend. The property was a great location to visit Natural Bridge, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah NP. The house suited our needs, had a well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the extensive deck and hot tub.

Great Stay
Loved this property -- the best part was the outdoor deck areas. There are trees all around the deck so you can usually find shade somewhere at any time. We loved eating out there and enjoying the outdoors together.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. New internet was just installed so no issues streaming etc. Home was clean and exactly as listed and was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again!!

The house is overall amazing. It is fully stocked with all of the possible appliances needed to cook a meal. The house was clean and they don't hold back on the decor. You can tell they take pride in their rental. The jacuzzi is nice but it's missing the neck pillows and it may be time for it to be cleaned. I saw some dirt that didn't come from me. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the wifi. The Wifi is terrible. It tends to go out at night. The kids wanted to watch a movie on Disney + and it wasn't cooperating. If you plan on teleworking on your getaway, this isn't the house for you. Overall, I enjoyed the space and would love to return if they get a new internet company.

Great Ski House!
This was a great house! Very cozy and comfortable - we especially loved the two different “hang out” areas - so kids and adults could hang out separately. The back yard was also really beautiful. Great stay!!

My college girlfriends and I went away for the weekend and stayed in this awesome house! It was spacious, clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the furniture (beds and couches) were very comfortable. I’m already looking for a reason to come back and stay again!

Beautiful place
This is a beautiful place and has pretty much everything you are looking for. With other rental places, we have had to bring our own linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soap etc but this house had all those there which was so helpful! They even had a few extra kitchen supplies like flour, syrup, spices etc. They had almost every kitchen utensil or equipment you could ask for. If I had to be picky and find something they could improve on then it would be to include a few extra glasses or plastic cups. They had plenty plates/bowls but we went through glasses pretty quickly with a party of 8. The hot tub and fire pit were great. The housekeeper Laura is great and super responsive. The batteries in the remote control were low and the TV didn't want to turn on initially and she was quick to drop off extra batteries. The fire pit and fire place down stairs were not the easiest to turn on so it may be helpful to provide more detailed expectations. We loved the hot tub and it was perfect during the snowstorm! Again, if I had to be picky I would also say that it would be helpful for the rental agency to provide more information on what to do during winter weather - we were nervous about driving down the very windy and slick road but a neighbor told us about an emergency access road about .2 away from the house that put us out on the main road super quickly. We will definitely come back to this house in the future and have no reservations about recommending it to others - you will not be disappointed!

January Weekend
We had a great time at Cozy Mountain Song. Home was very clean and spacious and the hot tub was a lot of fun. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and one bedroom (the bunk beds) is downstairs. Beds are a little firm, but still comfortable. The house is located conveniently near the Massanutten attractions. We visited the indoor water park and snow tubing during our weekend. The house has a great deck out back that would be perfect during the warmer months.

Wonderful
Our stay at the property was great. We did only have one issue which is very small. Both propane tanks were empty on property so if you want to use the fire pit or grill I highly reccomend bringing a propane tank. Other than that we had a great time and had plenty of space so we weren't on top of our friends.

Overall nice, a couple of issues
This is a cute, pretty secluded cabin that fit 4 adults comfortably. Just a couple of notes - the WiFi is incredibly slow, so we weren't able to stream movies; definitely bring DVDs if you want to watch any movies or TV. The beds are also VERY firm, which wasn't great for half of us who are not used to that firm of a bed. The fire pit wouldn't light, which was unfortunate, as one of the nights we were there would have been perfect for a fire pit night. The shower door in the main hallway also wouldn't stay shut, which made for a pretty cold shower. Otherwise, the kitchen is pretty well stocked, the couch was comfortable and there's a good sized dining table. The house was clean and surprisingly we had no bug encounters, which was very nice. We definitely had a great time!

Nice home and great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great amenities and it was very comfortable. The beds, however, are too hard and made sleeping uncomfortable. We wish the fire pit worked on the deck. Hot tub was nice. I wish the lights behind the house on the deck could have been turned off. They were bright at night even with curtains and blinds. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house and the management company is very professional and responsive.

Great Cozy Place
The property was as described and even better in person. It was in a good location and about half hour to an hour from attractions like luray caverns and Shenandoah park. Unfortunately we couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work and the fireplace in the basement but we weren’t missing much.
