Not happy

Couldn’t find our reservation. Offered a room but no hot water. Rude people. We prepaid so we are out the money and had to go elsewhere.

Staff was nice and helpful when needed something but there isn’t any maintenance. Rooms aren’t cleaned after previous stay. Beds are the only thing that are made up. Lots of dirt all over the floor and walls. The building in general is just not taken care of. It’s in a safe area just a lot of neglect in this hotel.
