The hotel and its amenities were amazing, especially the breakfast. The only complaint I have is the WiFi is slow but not so important as most of our time was spent in the haram anyways. Alhamdulilah

It was clean and neat , staff were very friendly. The only thing missing was there are no near places to eat besides their restaurant, no shopping stores or a mall nearby. Otherwise, it was a great experience… their shuttle service to the Haram is very helpful.

There wasn't enough water in the room even on request the staff only gave 2 bottle of water for each room where as we were 5 members of family staying in those 2 rooms the air-conditioning wasn't working properly in one of the room and bathroom mirror light also wasn't working.
