The hotel is convenient, the room was clean. The lobby had a weird smell and was a little dated. Staff was not helpful. We didn’t even bother with the breakfast. It was a “meh” experience.

Our second year staying at the Plaza when in town for the Shakespeare Festival. Great location, great staff, decent breakfast. Will always stay here when in Ashland.

The hot breakfast was nice. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns. Also yogurt and fruit. I didn't try the waffles or other carb options, but it looked decent if you like that sort of thing. I miss the cookies and pb and jelly sandwiches they used to have. The back patio and garden are beautiful. It's a nice location for walking to the OSF theaters, Lithia Park, and downtown shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the ac refreshing during the hot days.

Sad the jacuzzi was not working. I booked for the jacuzzi. I think there should be a discount when advertised amenities are not working. Location was excellent. Staff very friendly.

Proximity to everything. Had a little problem with the back door but figured out another easy entrance. Great breakfast. Helpful staff! Taj India restaurant is nearby and is excellent!!

Great location to downtown Ashland. Hotel is a bit dated but rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Creekside is beautiful.

Good location but hotel needs maintenance.

Plus side: great location. Can walk to downtown & theatre. Minus side: Hotel is in poor condition. We had a leaking bathroom faucet and a sink drain that didn't work well.
