This single-story home nestled in the foohills of RoxyAnn is the perfect hideaway for a weekend of entertainment or extended family stay. A charming and contemporary home offering a spacious interior with modern furnishings, a fully equipped patio and home gym. All within a quick and easy drive to wineries, restaurants, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Britt Festival, the Rogue River and so much more.
Every amenity is easily accessible in this single level home. With 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, the whole family can sleep comfortably. The open floor plan is ideal for gathering and boasts a full kitchen with updated appliances to make cooking a breeze.
The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a luxurious two person soaking tub. For the guest who enjoys a longer sleep, take advantage of the black out blinds.
The salt water pool is solar heated and available year round for summer family fun or the adventurous cold-plung enthusiast.
Our patio has a covered table with seating for up to 6 people and is the perfect addition to the indoor/ outdoor living space. This luxurious space is complete with 3 comfy lounge chairs, year-round fire pit, and a pool house with a half-bath.
RV parking is availabe upon request. Please note, this is not meant for extra vehicle parking.

Fabulous Girls Getaway - close to Ashland
We had a beautiful 3 night Ladies weekend at this RoxyAnn home! The home was the perfect size for 5 of us - two didn't mind sharing a queen size bed (if they got the master bath to themselves). The location was in a well cared for, peaceful neighborhood, a comfortable drive to Ashland, with amazing scenery along the way. We enjoyed the sound of the pool water-feature, even though it wasn't warm enough to enjoy swimming. Indoor and outdoor, everything has been well thought-out for comfort and entertainment. The home felt very clean and check in and out were super easy. Thank you Shawna for your quick responses and helping us make this weekend a success! "Girl's Trip - Cheaper Than Therapy"

Lovely pool and beautiful home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Rooms were large and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. The pool and backyard were absolutely lovely. Downside is the internet and phone service. Not great but doable.

Perfect Medford Getaway
This home was the perfect place to return to on our busy southern Oregon weekend. It was clean, well appointed and the backyard was a perfect oasis for morning coffee, afternoon swim and evenings under the stars. Access was easy, and the host was quick to respond to our questions. Oasis of calm
We had a wonderful stay in Medford, we enjoyed the pool and patio, the views of Roxy Ann from the back yard were gorgeous and the waterfall provided a relaxing ambiance whether sitting on the patio, or lounging in the pool. The kitchen is well appointed and the living area is very comfortable. Accessing the home was simple, and the reasonable expectations at checkout made our departure a breeze. All in all it was an outstanding stay!

Great house for a family!
Beautiful house with just the right configuration of beds. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances and the outdoor area was peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately it was a little too cold to use the pool this time, but it looked very nice. We really appreciated the easy check out. All we had to do was take out the trash and throw the towels in the tub. It was nice to not have to do a huge cleaning before leaving!
