We Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment between Christmas/New Year which was very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The price was very reasonable. The neighbouring properties played loud music till very late every night which is not the fault of the Hotel. Windows had no screens and let a lot of bugs into the room when opened. The location was perfect for our needs, clos to restaurants/cafes supermarkets and the tram line towards the city which is easy to navigate. The staff were very accommodating with any questions/needs we had.

Booked for my parents and they said it was fine. There was an issue with the hot water (my parents don’t like to speak up) which I have since reported and they were thankful. Property a bit tired but it’s a fantastic location in the heart of st Kilda.

I really loved the indoor Patio ,it was so cute . I loved the location. , Down side was the bathroom it was a bit small ,no room to do makeup.

Workable
No major problems other than the internet being slow. I was only getting about 7mbps which had me struggling to work remotely. Also, as others have mentioned, the kitchenware is shabby. The plates aren’t even microwave safe, so be careful. The microwave is the most ridiculous model I have ever encountered, and the refrigerator is just a mini-fridge despite there being enough room for a full size. Still, everything was doable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location.

It was good, the fridge though in room sounds like it’s going it was hard to go to sleep at night with that in back ground as well as other noises from outside. Last time we stayed there few years ago was great it was on the inside this time we had to walk outside to get to the room it just wasn’t as comfy could hardly get in and out of shower. Pillows were just ok. But it was good location and easy to get to and from the tram.
