Bad service
I arrived early in the morning after very long flights. On arrival I informed the front desk about my long trip. It is understandable that a room is not necessarily available on early arrival. During my wait I counted at least 50 checkouts within the first half an hour. People were flowing out of the hotel in the morning. I only saw one other person also waiting for a room. It still took them more than 90 minutes to get a room. Even after several requests where I informed them I counted this large amount of checkouts. I had left my luggage in a colleagues room and housekeeping was clearly cleaning rooms. It is clear that this hotel has a big disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. The second issue was that my room was not cleaned the next day. Housekeeping showed up at 7 pm after several requests to make up the room. I left a day earlier. Just could not stand how indifferent they behaved here. A very disappointed guest, I cannot recommend this hotel. I travel 120 days a year, but it has been a long time since I had such bad service.
