Overall very good
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, blac out curtains worked a treat, spacious room, good bathroom and shower. You couldn’t ask for more. Staff were helpful and friendly and always greeted you when you walked past the reception desk.

Place was an absolute scam, the staff were rude and badmouthed, the management talked to you like ur lower class and the rooms were tiny. From the moment I pulled into the car park I regretted my decision and walking into the reception confirmed that regret.

Great location, tidy hotel
Great location and very reasonable rates. Rooms are a nice size and the balcony was a very welcome feature. Bedding and furniture in good condition. Staff were helpful and separate parking ($40 extra a night) is convenient though not run by the hotel.

Staff were extremely professional and responsive to concerns. The breakfast deal was very, very good and access to the Comedy theatre and other theatres is extremely convenient. Pity the pool was out of action.
