A picturesque entry driveway leads you to your perfect holiday retreat; Hemston House. The striking combination of traditional whites, blacks, and shades of green creates an instant sense of a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.
A floor plan that's ideal for two families, providing ample space and privacy for parents and children alike. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious dining area to the left, with seating for 10 and a gallery of visually pleasing art adorning the walls. Large glass doors open up to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces; perfect for summer barbecues and enjoying warm, balmy evenings.

The centrally located kitchen is both spacious and functional, equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare family meals. The expansive lounge room to the right features soft, comfy couches, offering plenty of seating for everyone. Large sun-filled windows wrap around the home, providing a perfect view for parents to watch children play outdoors from the comfort of the living/lounge rooms. Ducted heating throughout. Split System air conditioner accommodates the open plan kitchen, meals & lounge areas.

Outdoor entertaining is a highlight, with multiple spaces designed for relaxation and fun. Beneath the two-car carport, a table tennis table awaits those ready for a friendly competition. The garage has been cleverly renovated into a second breakout area, with large barn doors, a cozy entertainment lounge with couches, chairs, a Smart TV, games, Wi-Fi.

The rear deck outdoor area is fully equipped for alfresco living, with sofas, a dining table and chairs, umbrellas, and a large BBQ, making it the perfect spot for dining, entertaining or simply enjoying the serene surroundings. The front yard is large and lush, with space for team games and a fit pit. Wood for the fire pit is required to be purchased. Just the soothing sounds of nature at its finest.

Hemston house
Comfortable home in a great location with plenty room for the kids to hang out away from the adults. Had everything you need for a short break. Would definitely go again.
