Situated on a fully fenced private block with outdoor deck, bbq area and lots of grass for the kids to run around securely – you can even bring your fur baby with you. Wash off in the outdoor shower after you have come back from the beach to remove all the sand before entering inside. Two living areas – both set up with smart TV’s, with Foxtel, lots of seating and split systems for heating or cooling. Modern kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave and everything else you need to make a memorable holiday. Family bathroom with shower and toilet off laundry with washing machine.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is down the road. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 30 minute drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
