The room was nice and spacious. The toilet is extremely low to the floor. Check in was at 3pm and house keeping was cleaning my room when I arrived at 3:30pm. The lobby floor area needed to have been mopped properly.

Terrible experience
So disappointed!! When we asked for another blanket, we were told they didn’t have any. The whole experience was terrible. The coffee machine was broken in the lobby and cars were broken into while we were there. We will not being staying at a best western any more!

Checked in around 5 p.m. Upon entering the lobby, we were buzzed in. There is bullet proof glass/plexiglass surrounding the reception area. There is a sign posted about frequent break-ins in the parking area. When we went to our room, the door was wide open, and hadn't been cleaned from previous occupant. Went back down to receptionist, and there was no one to be found....waited 5-10 minutes before anyone reappeared. You would think the receptionist and cleaning crew would be in contact with room availability. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed when I arrived. Room was comfortable. Breakfast adequate but coffee machine was broken so you had to use the microwave to warm drinks. Not a lot of choice. Would not stay here again.

We were surprised it was located in what appeared to be in a run-down area when it was among the medical schools. The rooms looked like they had been recently remodeled but had bad areas. Our area above our mirror was rumpled and actually peeling. The grout around the shower was not done well, the vinyl shade on the window was in bad shape. A pickup had a window taken out and stuff was gone.

Overnight stay
Stayed here one night. Easy access on and off highway. Close to restaurants and nit too far from downtown. Hot breakfast was mediocre. The room was clean but it showed alot of wear and tear. They had the interlock to the building (which is about 3 feet wide) constantly locked, even during the day, which makes it hard to get your luggage into the building.

Great option in Memphis
Good location in Memphis between downtown and midtown. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Nice clean place at a fair price.

The customer service was just average. The hotel is ok for one night. Breakfast wasn’t good. Bed was comfortable. The neighborhood didn’t look very safe; but also Memphis didn’t look safe. I went to Mississippi and it was much better. Only good attraction was Elvis house.
