Modern house in a central location. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown! You’ll have plenty of room to house your family and friends. The house features an open living area which includes a modern kitchen with spacious island. The bathrooms are sleek, one features a walk in shower with body sprays and the other has a huge jetted tub. The bunk bed room features a super cool triple king size bunk bed. Sprawl out in the large back yard the features an oversized deck with jacuzzi.




FYI...we have a strict no party or large gathering rule! If you decide to have a party and disregard the rules you will be asked to leave (no refunds) and VRBO will suspend your account.

Poorly remodel workmanship; scary deck (wavy, rotted or missing joists), numerous beer bottle tops on deck and makeshift grill; air fresheners throughout overwhelming (likely to cover musty snell) one person developed a terrible migraine (with vomiting); not a good area

We had a group of 11 which the house described.There wasn’t enough plates, forks or glasses for everyone to seat and have a meal together. Door didn’t close correctly. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Spin entering the house the smell of Propane was strong and gave several people headaches.

The property was as described. And the location is close to the expressway on a quiet street. It was furnished very nice and had interior upgrades. The only 2 improvements needed are maybe some pest control as we ran into a live roach upon waking up more than once...nice sized spider too. Secondly, there was hair in the bottom of the shower as soon as I stepped in for the first time, meaning it was there when we got there so cleaners should double check behind their work. Other than that, I was satisfied which is why it got 4 out of 5-star ratings.

The property looked like the picture, the triple bunkbed is hard to get in and out if you are older women like my group. We had a couple of issues but those issues were immediately taken care of. Liked the space of the house. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Needed Staycation
This was my 2nd time booking this property and my 3rd with this host. It was just what I remembered and needed!!! Clean comfortable quiet peaceful retreat that my body and mind craved. This host is responsive and cares that her guest are happy with their accommodation and her actions and efficient communication proves it. Traveling alone makes safety a priority and this property delivered that. But the cleanliness, design layout and amenities is the cherry and whip cream on top of a lovely getaway. Thank you Ms Tressie I’ll see on my next break from reality 😉

The access to the house was very convenient. The unit was clean & comfortable. However we were not aware of the questionable location. We realized this when finding bars on the windows & a security system, which we did appreciate. The area was vwry neglected.

Perfect Stay for Elvis Week!
5 of us stayed here for Elvis Week this year and it was PERFECT. The proximity to Graceland was wonderful (5 min drive) and the neighborhood is safe, and quiet. Memphis can have some iffy areas close to Graceland, but this location was excellent and we never felt unsafe. The owners have done a lovely job with the house and it suited our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more items like scissors, basic tools, umbrellas. etc. for guest use, but that did not take away from my overall satisfaction. Thanks Trisse! :)

Clean and quiet house
The neighborhood is quiet but is not in a great part of town. The house was very clean when we arrived. If you are staying for a while and plan to eat at the house, you will probably need more supplies than what is there. But basic needs are met for sure.

I needed a staycation spot to recharge and break from caregiving and this suited my needs to perfection. Clean,well designed and designed. Quality furnishings. Mattresses super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was heavenly. Buy maybe my favorite spot is the deck so quiet and soothing. Just what my body and mind needed. Street noise is minimal. I would book again without question! This property was close to Graceland which was a plus. The house was clean even though it is an older property. The neighborhood was a concern but we had no problems. Nights were quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place! With a lot of space. Property owner was very responsive. There is only one shower, and master bathroom is a tub that has a shower head. To use the shower it was complicated. Other than that I would stay again! It would be nice to stay when it’s not freezing so that the backyard can be enjoyed!

Great weekend band house!
This spot was perfect for us! We played a few nights on Beale; the bunk room was perfect for the boys in the band & we still had room to invite family. It was great unwinding in the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the ‘fireplace’ made us feel at home & all the TVs are streaming capable. So close to Graceland — overall the best of Memphis.

9 extremely funny women spent long weekend, laughing, sightseeing and gambling. The house was just perfect, great location, close to everything. We never felt like we were in any bodies way and T.V.'s in every room was a plus. The deck is great and the parking was plenty for all of us.
