Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel location was close to many attractions. Hotel bar was attractive. However- when we pulled up to check in, it was impossible to know how to access valet parking. There was no one outside and the sign gave no explanation. When we went in there was no one at the front desk to ask. Eventually a man came out and we were able to get some answers.

It’s a very nice hotel in downtown, ten min walk away from Beale st and all the attractions. Breakfast was simple by delicious with a lot of dishes available a la Carte. The room itself could use some dusting, cleaning was every other day but the bed was never made, which isn’t the end of the world it’s just a bit unusual. Water pressure is very poor and the shower head doesn’t come off so it’s a little tricky :) overall a nice place but not perfect. We did enjoy our stay though!

Downtown Memphis stay for one night. Staff was great. Room was clean except for the shower. Overall I would stay again. It’s next to the Peabody that has a great bar and couple nice restaurants.

Our first room had a broken air conditioner in room 612. Then we switched to 212 which was also a clean room accept the bathroom. Before we even used the bathroom there was hair everywhere and the handicapped shower would leak all the way to the toilet. The bathroom floor after 1 use would stay soaked and either you wear shoes when you use the bathroom or we kept using all the towels to soak up water to prevent us and the kids from tripping. The room was totally clean. Next time we will look at the bathroom before we accept the room.

Great room but just no to the bathroom barn door!
The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t care for was the barn door in the bathroom. the door wouldn’t stay closed and would roll open.

It was close and easily walkable to Beale Streat. We felt safe and secure, using the badge card to enter even during daytime. Gated parking was great. Staff was friendly.
