We came to Memphis to spend the holidays with family. The staff was exceptional, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The faculty, itself, was clean and comfortable with the location being close to restaurants and shopping.

I stay here regularly when I travel to see my family. It is very clean and well kept and the service is great. I also really like the location which is close to the freeway, but provide the sense of separation from high traffic areas. During my most recent trip, I had two problems with items in the room. The first time the coffee maker did not work and the second time the bathroom sink drain cover would not lift up. I’m sure the hotel would have sent someone up to fix it immediately, but I arrived very late and didn’t want to have somebody up in my room at that time of night. Otherwise, my day was great as usual..

This is a great stopover east of a Memphis. There were so many dining options nearby and the front desk manager had great suggestions as he was pouring us a drink at the bar downstairs. Our room was way above average - large with a fridge, sink, safe and sitting area. We plan on returning whenever we pass through again.
