🤓👌 Check-in (or pre-checkin) is all done automatically via your phone so I did mine on the way from the airport (cause I purchased the stay after I arrived to Memphis) and got the info automatically via WhatsApp and Email. Provided the necessary info and docs (picture) and got my digital key (Android Wallet) to get in once I arrived. Self park was good 👍 👎 The only inconvenience was a worn table/couch combo and that the TV is not in front of the bed, it's to the side so it's kinda uncomfortable to watch TV 📺 apart from that, all good! FYI This does look like an older hotel which has been fully remodeled.

There are not enough shower racks,only 2 small trash cans, TV not easy to operate, no telephone in room, pool full of leaves, indoor pool water cold, jacuzzi inoperatable, bathroom door doesnt close completely, there is no door where the bathroom sink is for privacy, no exhaust can in the shower, not bathroom over tub, lobby is always cold not comfortable for lounging and has a weird smell, just all around a horrible experience

Dianne was so helpful during check-in @ the kiosk and very personable. We were waiting for a late night flight arrival and Chris offered assistance letting us know that he was available if needed. Security was superb at night. Breakfast was made to order and delish. Guests were awesome and from all around the world. 5 stars for sure!
