Mid-City Southern Comfort

Kotini on 15 min tai vähemmän kaikkein mitä kävijät nauttivat. Sain juuri täydellisen remoldingin, kun pinta ei jänyt koskemattomaksi. The location and house were fine, communication with the host was great. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped - but it could have been a short turn around as we booked within a day of the reservation.

Beautiful property you could see there was still some remodeling going on but it was a beautiful cozy home great neighborhood. Hostess provided everything we needed location was definitely a plus near lots of attractions we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

No surprises - the house was clean and comfortable.
Gave the neighborhood 4 stars due to seeing dogs off their leashes, but other than that the neighbors were friendly, no problems in that regard.. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Quiet Neighborhood
Patricia, was the nicest, most accommodating lady after a clerical error on my end. The house is Spacious and private. there is a good size back yard and porch, an indoor sitting room that opens to the back yard. Kitchen was fully stocked with an and all type of utensil & gadgets you could ever need. a surplus of bags, we were thankful for. Pleanty of space as is three ladies lounged around on the couch. Great beds & pillows, oh the pillows!!! Rooms are good size & there was enough towels & wash clothes. not just your standard 3 & good luck. I would for sure stay here again.

Cute house, quiet neighborhood
This was a very cute house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for plates, cups/glasses, and silverware, and had a good assortment of cookware. The back yard is completely fenced in, which my dog really appreciated. The couch in the living room is very nappable. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The fact that there was only one bathroom meant we had to do some scheduling, but we knew that on the front end. Some details to note - there is a grill in the back yard, but it is a travel grill, not a full size. I assume it's charcoal. There is a full size coffee maker in the kitchen with filters in a drawer. I did find sugar, but no creamer. If you plan on doing a bunch of cooking, there are the basics for spices and utensils, but you'll want to bring things like cooking spray, plastic wrap, plastic containers. If you forget anything, there's a Kroger about 5 minutes away.

Visiting our first grandchild
We were in Memphis for a month visiting our first grandchild. This place was only five minutes away from our daughter's house so it was great to be close to her. The neighborhood was quiet, the owner provided everything we needed, and even provided more blankets when there was a cold spell. Patricia always responded when we texted her about somehting so that was very helpful.

Fantastic booking
The property is great, very clean and in a central location within the city. The neighborhood may not look the best but felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Will 100% try to book this property again when staying in Memphis.

Worked well for us
We enjoyed our stay here and it worked perfectly for our needs. The bathrooms and kitchen are in great shape. The bedrooms are a very good size. TVs and WiFi worked great. Owner was easy to get a hold of. The yard worked out excellent for our two large dogs. The appearance of the neighborhood leaves a little to be desired but we did not have any issues! Overall our experience was excellent and would stay again!

Ok for 1 night
It was an ok experience. Difficulty to contact owner initially. It was very cold in Memphis and the master bedroom was rather drafty. So much that we slept in the smaller bedroom. Beds were comfy. Bathroom needed counter space. How was clean. Owner was pleasant.
