Newly renovated backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. One street away from beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and the Levitt Shell. Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

Great location and quiet street!
You can’t beat this location. Right at Overton Park and Brooks Art Gallery and the zoo. A short walk from Overton Square and Cooper-Young neighborhoods, quick drive to downtown, quick drive in the other direction for inner East. Really wonderful for one or two persons. I was alone, and it was really comfortable. Easy parking right out front as well.

Nice Midtown Location!
We had a pleasant stay in this backyard suite. The property was very well suited for my family of 3. It was clean and roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was a little challenging checking in after dark because the suite is all the way in the backyard but the host had very clear instructions on how to do so which put us at ease. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Midtown area. Five stars!!

We were only in town for one night, but this was such a good choice for our stay. Very clean. Very cute. Convenient to where we were going. Katy was very responsive and has lots of suggestions for places to eat amd things to do. Will totally stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights in this quiet, comfortable and well equipped studio. Easy access to all the major Memphis attractions with freeway access to points further away. Also a variety of good places to eat close by. Great value.

The property was situated near the home of our relative so it was a great place for us to be. We feel it would be helpful to have a handrail when climbing the stairs to enter the home. It is a good clean space for 2 people.
