"I'm dreaming of a cozy little cottage, tucked away near stunning parkland. I don’t need much—just the essentials: a comfortable bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen for preparing meals, and maybe a screened porch where I can sit outside and soak in the surroundings. A non-smoking, pet-free space is a must, and a small campfire would be the perfect touch for unwinding under the stars. I've heard Mentone is a hidden gem, a true escape into nature, and that sounds exactly like what I want. The thought is exciting—does such a place exist?
And if there’s a water feature, like a small pond for fishing, that would be even better."

Nice Couple Getaway

Amazing property. Very beautiful cabin. The owners are amazing and very tentative. The fur babies on the property were very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Cozy and peaceful

I really enjoyed staying here! I decided to come by myself and just get some peace, quiet, and relaxation. It was very comfortable. Loved the shower. A few Japanese beetles decided to come in, but no big deal as I get them sometimes at my home. Cell service is spotty, but to be honest....it was actually a blessing to be able to kind of disconnect. I will definitely be re-booking here in the near future! Thank you guys so much!

Perfect for Couples

This property was a cozy cottage with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We were greeted by the friendlist of dogs while entering the grounds. The cottage was well stocked and also a few treats left by the owners. We will definitely return.

Cute Cottage

This Cottage was so quaint and cute for a couple looking for a peaceful retreat! We were 10 minutes from DeSoto and Little River Falls! It was gorgeous and Bobbi and Ray were great to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again!

Mountain Meadow Cottage

It was fantastic!! Spent a relaxing weekend away to celebrate my husband's birthday!! Cottage was cute and homey!! Ray and Robbie made check in and out easy. They were responsive to texts and you knew you were talking to a person not a pre-planned response from a property management company. Ray even came out to help me park in the rain and dark. Would recommend!!!

Perfection!

The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the property it sits on its absolutely breathtaking-my husband and I enjoyed hiking the trail and sitting on the screened in porch each morning and evening just taking in the peace of it all. Bobbie was amazing at contacting me before arrival to provide details and stayed in touch through the weekend to make sure everything was perfect. The beautiful cottage and area provided the perfect getaway.

Mountain Getaway

We have stayed several times at this property and we will always go back. Ms Bobbie and Ray have a beautiful place. We have stayed in two different rentals and both were wonderful. The cottage is my favorite though! The whole property is calm, quiet and just serene. Our favorite place hands down!!

Gorgeous little get away

The interior of this little bit away was absolutely amazing we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. Wish there had been a little more seclusion but the inside of the property made up for anything lacking. The host was also very accommodating and friendly.

The Cottage

The owners are very sweet and have put a lot of hard work into the place. It was super cute on the inside. The only issue we had was, we was thinking it was a little more secluded. It was surrounded by other properties. This is just a personal thing with us that I didn’t catch. All in all though, a clean great place.
