Great ground floor unit with no stairs. Located in the heart of Mesquite in the Springs Resort Condo Complex, within minutes of 7 Championship Golf Courses and 3 large casinos.

Just about and hour northeast of Las Vegas and 35 minutes from St George, UT, Mesquite offers lots to do! St George, UT, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Bryce and Zion National Parks are wonderful day trip options.

Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home while enjoying mountain and valley views in addition to Mesquite's warm temperatures.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking.

Full sized Washer/Dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bath with walk in shower, 42" TV with remote as well as a ceiling fan with remote.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a 42" TV with remote as well as a ceiling fan with remote.

Enjoy the Recliners in the living room while watching the 75" Samsung TV w/ Cable.

Free WIFI and guest controlled AC/Heat.

Attached 2 car garage with additional driveway parking.

The complex also offers plenty of RV and boat parking, if needed. Please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

Additionally, there is an electric Forman gill on the patio, an on site fitness center, heated pool, spa and charcoal BBQ's in the common area.

Great location and so quiet!
This was a great location to use as our “home base” for our trip. We visited the Valley of Fire two days, hiked and enjoyed the beautiful views that the area had to offer. It was so nice to have this rental to come back to after a long day. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spotless! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our need
We wanted to play Wolf Creek golf course and needed a place to stay for the night. This condo was perfect. Very clean, bright, beds were comfortable, bedding is cozy would definitely stay again. My only concern is the throw rugs next to the beds were slippery and a potential fall risk.

This trip was to bring my elderly mother to visit a dying relative. My mom hasn’t stayed anywhere in years and never in a VRBO or nightly rental place. The ground floor and spacious cool interior were key to our short stay. The host was great! If I come back this way I would stay here again! Thanks!

Once we figured out the minor hiccups during the check in process, the place itself was a great little escape from the heat. Also within a very short walk to a dog park (which my pup appreciated in the heat). Also a very quick drive to casinos.

Very easy check in andcheck out. Love being able to have a garage when I travel which was very clean. Could not ask for a more quiet neighborhood. Excellent Mexican restaurants the Italian place and the sports bar that are in town. If you have never been before you will love the golf.

This condo was in a great location. Beds were amazing and layout of condo was nice. We bought an air fryer to help with cooking as there is no propane/gas bbq available. Would definitely stay here again.

Debi is a fantastic host. We love the area as there is great hiking, biking, and golf near by. The condo is in an attractive location in Mesquite away from freeway noise and close to dog park and walking paths. Nice to have the garage for storing golf clubs, bikes, etc. The communal grilling area (charcoal briquette) is not a great cooking option for shorter term stays. Perhaps the condo association could explore installing a couple of natural gas barbecue grills.

Winter Break
Condo is awesome and in a great location! Kitchen is well stocked, property is clean and parking is great since you get your own driveway! Condo is pet friendly and there is a dog park very close which is really convenient. Debi is always great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
