Beautiful hotel
It was a beautiful chic friend hotel its a block away from palacio vellasartes the gentlemen that attends the hotel he is a super nice friend I just can’t remember his name we had a small issue with the hot water but right away it was fixed no bad reviews about this hotel we loved it super comfy beds and the location is excellent their is a 24 hour bakery and restaurant next to the hotel we loved it too

Francisco the security guard was great. The only tricky part about this place is the hot water in the shower sometimes it was on sometimes it would just be semi warm at best.

This property is wonderfully located in the Historic District of Mexico City. I don’t know if you could find a more elegant apartment anywhere. Great location. Restaurants, pharmacy, medical evaluations, museums, a pedestrian only boulevard, and awesome city park all easy to enjoy. Francisco ensures security and is very helpful to make sure you feel safe and welcome.

Descuidan higiene y con áreas de oportunidad
No hacen la limpieza diariamente ni sustituyen jabón, toallas -fundamental- ni amenidades. Solo tienden la cama y se llevan la basura que está en el bote. Tienen chapas electrónicas y no hay nadie en recepción, por lo que se dificulta a la hora de ingresar o por alguna eventualidad con la chapa.
