The hotel bar plays loud music until 1 AM and we were given a room directly above it, and were told there were no rooms to switch to. Basically, American tourists come to this location to get drunk somewhere they consider “safe” and the hotel guests suffer through their loud parties while trying to sleep after 4am flights. We checked out after 1 night, they did not offer anything in terms of customer service.

Exceeded every expectation! Beautiful property, kind, polite staff and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, every need was met and the food was just perfect. Location was wonderful and staying as a guest here so close to Christmas was also very special with the decorations and temporary ice rink. I cannot wait to return to the FS Ciudad Mexico again soon.
