Nice hotel in El Centro, close to Zocalo, restaurants, etc. Good value for the money. We had an interior room with no windows but on the plus side it was dark and we were able to sleep in easily. Good breakfast buffet. Nice staff and they will arrange reasonably priced transport if needed. Walkable at night - but use caution as with everywhere in CDMX. Would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and the location is nice for walking around the centro historico. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is private parking steps away. The main downside is that there are not a lot of great restaurants in the area.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and located close to many historic, dining and shopping places. It is walking distance to the Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Metropolitan Cathedral. There are different types of transportation close to the hotel, like the subway, city bus or taxi to get around if you prefer. All the staff members were friendly, nice and helpful, some staff members are bilingual. Any questions that I had were answered. The reception area/lobby was staffed 24/7. The door men were available anytime which made it even safer to go out at night knowing you could come back late and the doors would be open. Our room was cleaned and stocked daily. It felt good to come back and rest knowing the room would be ready. My husband and I will definitely go back and stay there. We have already told family and friends about our stay and how beautiful, spacious and clean the hotel is. Thank you to all staff, you were all awesome!!

The front desk staff were horrible. Did not get what we booked. Hotel would not fix issues and refused refund of unused days when we left. This place is a joke. The front desk staff have no understanding of what customer service is. Horrible experience and we travel alot.

i was impressed with the room, simple and very well designed. Great bed and linen which is why i chose this hotel. The linen and great pillows. The shower was just what i was hoping for, with good strong water pressure. The lighting in the room was well designed. I wish there were english tv channels to choose from but I know, I am in Mexico... but its a hotel! Its in a good location as well. I gave 2 stars to staff only because I asked for a 6:45 am morning call and never got it. I did get some excuse about the flow of traffic of people either arriving or departing. Morning calls should be sent via the in house telephone port and easy to schedule and program. All in all, good hotel for the price of the room. Nothing like a good night rest.

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mexico City, without question. Great location, great staff, excellent room, with a very comfortable bed. Very tasteful hotel overall without being pretentious and stuffy. Excellent cake for the cost.

Great place to stay, would go back.
The hotel is in a great location and the room was nice. We enjoyed the view rooftop patio, the big tub in the eoom room was great,and the attention to detail was nice. In the elevator there was a picture of pancakes, eggs and bacon so we decided to try the restaurant in the hotel, we waited a long time to get a coffee, when we did get the coffee it was cold - like ice cold, we asked for another. it was only luke warm, the Manager on duty didn’t seem to care. so for the next couple days we had breakfast at VIP’s, its only two doors down from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, to bad the restaurant is not managed the same as the hotel.
