The roll in shower in the accessible room needs some redesign, and they should construct a pocket door otherwise the wheelchair user needs to back into the shower, close the door and then get to the toilet. What I really liked was the friendly staff, the doormen, the waiters, the housekeeper. Wish they had filtered water instead of water bottles.

Horrible experience, our air conditioner broke and the room was extremely HOT! They refused to give us a refund or switch us rooms. They attempted to fix the issue with offering us free breakfast. Stay away from this place, you been warned.

We enjoyed the convenient location and helpful staff. the room itself was clean. comfortable, and well maintained, though not large. There was a wide range of restaurants nearby, and the area felt safe. Also, while not entirely quiet, the rooms seemed generally quieter than many hotels in popular areas, with the exception that they have a DJ night in the hotel on Friday nights.

To start with had a bad taste in my mouth at the beginning. I was outside the main door with my suitcases. No one came to help me. Thy could see me from the inside. Finally I’ve call reception and asked for help. Next day the waiter keep repeating the wrong room number at the restaurant. He brought me the bill with the wrong number. When I’ve corrected him, he blame on me and never came back to see if I was doing ok. Overall was an ok experience, but I wouldn’t give more than 3.5 stars. The hotel is not that nice!

On our first night we realized the AC was not working so we notified the property first thing in the morning. They told us when we returned to our room they would get maintenance to fix the issue, they said they has 24 maintenance service. That was not accurate when we returned to our room in the afternoon once again we went to front desk and they told us that someone would be going to fix the issue cause no more rooms were available. We never asked for another room but this lead me to believe we weren’t the only ones complaining of this issue. We waited for 3 hours and no one went to our room we proceeded to go to front desk once again and all they said is they would be putting a portable Fan in our room. Not once did anyone acknowledge or address our first request that the ac was not working. I was so excited to stay at this hotel but unfortunately our stay was quite uncomfortable due to the heat.
