Santa Casa is a beautiful historic property and we really felt welcome there by the staff. Our room faced the street so there was a bit of noise, but the hotel provided ear plugs and that helped. The bed was comfy and having a separate sitting room was nice. There are no elevators, which is probably true of all the historic hotels. Highly recommend Panaderia Rosetta for breakfast. We also booked two tours through the property, the Temples of the Sun and the Moon, and Lucha Libre. Both were fantastic! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and we learned so much about these cultural and historical Mexican icons.

Found the perfect stay in Roma Norte

This hotel is amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Roma Norte. I loved how I could take time to wander the area, return to the hotel for a quick rest, and escape the hustle and bustle of the streets. I also visited La Condesa a few times, which is just a short 15-minute walk away. The taco place beside this hotel does have events pretty late in the evening, Earplugs are stored in the night stand if needed.

This hotel had a great location, and was next to so many good bars and restaurants . There were a couple that played music late into the night, but we were provided with earplugs and sound machines which were helpful. Our room was also right next to a streetlight that came through the blinds so it was not the darkest come night time. Overall though great experience and location.

We had a great time at Santa Casa! The location was perfect, the staff was always very kind and helpful and it just felt homey. For two that struggle with sleep the bed+pillows were the most comfortable! We’ll book our next stay in CDMX at Santa Casa.

Santa Casa is more of an apartment rental than a hotel. Do note for those who are light sleepers may struggle as it is next to a karaoke bar that goes late in the night. You will be able to hear other hotel guests walking down the stairs. Do note there storage for before and after is limited space perfect for carry on but for check in luggage bags. Overall convenient location!

Great spot!

This was a very well-located and cute spot to stay! The inside is very quiet with complimentary coffee at all hours of the day, which is a great touch. The hot water was spotty at times, but overall it really wasn't that big of a deal. Great wifi connection, I could take calls from the courtyard without any issue.

Loved the stay. Beautiful and clean room. Know that there’s no elevator so lugging luggage is the only downside but that’s if you’re staying on higher floors.

My husband and I came to a concert so we were only here for 2 nights. It worked out perfectly. Bed is very comfy and hot water with nice pressure was a plus. You also get water in your room daily. I got the upgraded room so noise was not an issue also price was very affordable.

Santa Casa is a gorgeous boutique hotel that blends the old with the new. The hotel kept a lot of the original charm of the building while pairing it with modern amenities. I loved the arched entry & doorways, the beautiful Spanish tile throughout as well as the black metal windows & doors really added to the aesthetic. In addition, the intricate detail on the woods doors is breathtaking! It is quiet, located in a super safe neighborhood and has calm cozy feel. Overall a great experience and stay! Most importantly, the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Charlie for putting up with all my questions! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
