Best of all, you’ll be located just minutes from the airport, Wynwood, Design District, South Beach, Port, Brickell, and AAA. And when adventure calls, Uber rides are always convenient and cheap! This stunning property is one of four Airbnb spots, so make your reservations now and experience the warmth of the Cuban culture.

1- NO loud music after 10 pm inside or outside
2- $500 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- If pet damages anything guest will pay for it at the price the host specifies, a pet fee of $25 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 2 cars allowed in parking space. Parked behind each other, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking.
7- Only the 2 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $45 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 2 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.
10- Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
11- Only the person who booked can check in into their reservation.
12- Please have a working phone line to be able to contact.
13- Guest take responsibility for all pets actions
14- All guest take responsibility for their actions
15- You hold your self liable for any injuries to you or any guest staying or there at the property during the time you have it rented. Owners will not be held liable for anything.

Clean cute, simple property a little further from the restaurants in little Havana than I expected, in a fully residential neighborhood. There is a dedicated parking spot if that’s what you need. I would recommend using a car if you stay in this place. There is a dedicated parking spot if that’s what you need. The air conditioning was fabulous. The space being fairly small was easy to keep cool. Both washer and dryer did not work when I was there. I presume it was fixed after I left a message to the manager. I was counting on it to do my laundry mid trip as we were traveling light. But that turned out to be a minor inconvenience . I was also surprised one morning when I stepped out my back door to find people smoking around my door as there was no place to sit. Possibly an outside table in the back would be a good idea closer to the fence, and away from my entry door. Although it has a kitchen, it did not have an oven just so you know. it would’ve been huge for us to have had a pod type coffee maker. So we were out looking for coffee every morning, not wanting to use the press style that they had. Otherwise, it felt safe, parking was a huge bonus. Bathroom was small but the shower was very very good!

This Vrbo gives all your basic amenities for your stay in Miami. I recommend this location as it is near too many locations, including a 10 min drive from the airport.

Nice refuge
The place was clean, quiet, and close to all Miami offers. A new bakery a short walk away has fabulous Cuban coffee. The keypad lock was broken when we got there but someone came with a key in less than a half hour. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Very good experience
Nice place, good location. I wish there was some outside seating. I also wish the communication was a bit more responsive. I emailed to confirm two weeks in advance, but got no response til day before we were scheduled to arrive. I admit that I am a compulsive overplanner though and all worked out well. A response to my email would have been appreciated. Other than that, great place to stay. Thanks!

Great space in a great neighborhood
Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. I usually don’t like studio spaces, but the way this one is set up is really nice! The host was very responsive to my messages and checked-in often. Very convenient being close to the airport and close to the highway whenever we wanted to travel to the beach or anywhere else. Highly recommend booking this space!

Good Central Location & Great Deal!!
4 day stay/Sept. 2022 You don't have to be Cubin to enjoy this Cuban theme studio. The cleanliness of the entire studio shines as soon as you walk thru the door. It is located less than 15 minutes from the MIA (airport). I didn't rent a car so Uber was my choice of getting everywhere for $15-$20. Just in case it rains during your stay don't let that stop you go out and enjoy Dolphin Mall, International Mall, Aventura Mall, & River Landing Shops. You can find lots of places to eat in the malls and Great bargains. A tour on the bus/ cruise combo is a great choice for you to decide how you want to hit the Landmarks besides South Beach. The property owner (Carlos) and manager (Mario) will check to make sure you are settled before you start your Miami fun. I would definitely stay here again!! Lisa G.

Perfect Little Place
Loved this cute private and clean apt. I had everything I needed. The owner was so nice and attentive. Location was great with the highway being right around the corner. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will most definitely be coming back.
