Hyde Resort and Residences on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Aventura-ostoskeskuksesta ja Bal-satamasta. Rakennuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu ravintola, kaksi äärettömän reunan merinäköalasta sijaitsevaa uima-allasta, aurinkoterassi ja yksityiset Cabanas, täysin varustettu kuntokeskus merinäköalalla, täyden palvelun kylpylä höyryllä ja saunahuoneet.

1. Condo floor dirty, sticky and cheap 2. 4 elevators for 41 floors - 1st 2 weeks 1 out of order 3. Talked to front desk about several issues, told can't do anything... someone will call. Never got call 4. Guest room full size beds had king size linen that poor quality and hung over floor 5. Pillows were filthly, hard and smelled 6.washing machine left black marks on clothes. - 3 shirts ruined

Family vacation
We had a great experience, but at the same time there were issues that were not addressed on the website. The refrigerator was leaking, the microwave didn’t work which we were never told about even though there was a second microwave. Because of the city shutdown, water was yellow and the air wasn’t working until the next morning when the property management came to the site. Little piece of soap even to start with for 5 people is not enough. For the price that is asked, there is definitely should be more then just the normal. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony overlooking the ocean and swimming pool on the 9th floor. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Disappointed with stay, listing and unwillingness of property manager to correct issue
- fraudulent listing - Listing states 1 King bed and both bedrooms had FULL beds I reached out to property manager that same night of check in and not until 9am the following morning did I receive a message stating We are sorry if there was a confusion, in the description of the listing must say that is a queen size bed, not a king. *** note the description said 1 KING BED I have the screenshot which I could not attach to this review. My response was : Actually, The bed is a FULL size not a even a queen. This is a huge inconvenience for me and a misrepresentation of what was sold to me. Your listing says King bed and that’s not what I paid for. I don’t book any hotels that don’t have a king. I’m extremely disappointed as I have booked a total of 5 nights here and need to know how you can correct this issue? No response… CRICKETSSSS until the day of my checkout giving me checkout instructions. not only that but there were red fire ants coming out of couches and around the apartment. Look elsewhere and don’t bother with this property manager, she obviously wants to take your money and doesn’t care that she is misrepresenting her accommodations on her rental and inconveniencing customers, no offer to correct issue and front desk could not assist as this was an owned Unit where the owner was the one that needed to resolve.

Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed every day. The apartment is beautiful, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need, the view is stunning. The building itself is very clean and nice, the restaurant on site, security, 2 chairs and umbrella (more upon availability) are included in hotel fee, but those are stocked in the apartment too. We had a great time, when we return to Miami, we’ll definitely book this property again.

Beautiful!
My friend and I went for my 37th birthday, I wanted a big balcony with a great view and that’s exactly what I got! The place was really clean and neat, we loved having our own bathrooms to get ready in, the shower was amazing, in the morning it took 10-15 mins for the water to get hot but not a big deal…the property manager was great and promptly answered any questions I had… I can’t get over the large balcony and view it was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about the elevators taking forever in the resort so I was worried about that but we didn’t have any issues at all, it was pretty quick every time. The hotel staff were just ok. Not very friendly or helpful when trying to get your beach chairs or towels and we got to the beach at 3 pm and they were closed on Friday, I guess if we realized that would happen we would have brought the chairs provided in our condo. we heard lots of sirens the whole time we were there so I didn’t love the location and probably wouldn’t have stayed in Hallandale I thought it was closer to the Hollywood beach broadwalk but the view and everything else made up for it. Great place to stay nice and spacious and an amazing view!

The property was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. The pool area is beautiful as well as the proximity to the beach. The location was easy to get to and from without a rental car. We had a couple of questions once we got there and they were quickly answered. We would definitely go back!

The condo has a great view of the ocean and intercostal. Spacious and had everything we needed. We had some problems w the wifi but had unlimited data so ok for us but might not be for others. It also made the TV not good quality bc the wifi so pretty bad. Overall a good location and great trip!

Our stay was excellent and our unit was perfect for my family of 4. Location is excellent only issue is the wait time for the elevators and the valet but we were there over Christmas and New Year’s so the property was at full capacity.Owner was responsive quickly when we asked questions via email. Excellent Stay!
I enjoyed this property for 5 days with my mom, husband and 3 month old son. The pool and restaurant on site are super convenient, as was the valet parking. The apartment is pretty well kept, and a few updates like clean cushions on furniture and stronger wifi would give this place 5 stars. We hope to come back soon!

Our Stay in Hollywood
Overall our visit was good. The property manager for our unit was excellent and super communicative and open and honest about concerns we had read in other reviews in advance of our stay. Elevators are slow, the beach had a lot of sea weed, summertime heat w/ limited pool space, on property food and drink were pricey, and I’ll say it again - the elevators are SLOW. Good news, view from unit was incredible, spacious unit with nice, big full kitchen (had everything we needed) so you didn’t have to eat at restaurants on site but be prepared to carve out 30 min. minimum to “run” up and grab lunch or beverages. Like I said our host and unit were great, most issues were with the way the property was managed - check in and Valet took a long time and we didn’t really know what to do when we got there - there weren’t communicative. Overload of security, seemed unnecessary. One barista in the morning, I kept thinking of one security guard could multi task the place cold run a lot smoother. We ate at Taverna Opa and Aqua Bistro. Both were about a 2 mile walk which was find for us and both were excellent! Aqua Bistro seems to be quite the hidden gem (Family owned with great food and service).

Amenities not as advertised- Key issues
We understand a tropical storm will affect amenities. However, we were told different stories every time we asked. EVERY DAY our keys stopped working at 11AM, so up to the 35th floor, to go back to the desk to get new keys. One elevator is broken the whole time. one person said it's been broken for months, another said 3 days. They make things up as they go. Nothing was said about the very mechanical noises on the deck, you cannot even hear the water. 3 ladies on our annual girls trip, and we were disappointed.

Great family spring break getaway!
We had a great time at the Hydes. We love the vibe in the Hollywood Beach area. Enough fun things to do without being overly crowded or busy. Condo was clean and met our needs. Could have had a few more kitchen items but we made due. Beach was wonderful. Will definitely be looking to go back again.
