The stay was good, however, I had an issue with retrieving my fire-stick that I had left inside the room after checking out. I called the property the same day I had just checked out to see if they had seen the fire stick and, after checking the room, they stated that it was no longer in the room. It was kinda weird to me that my fire-stick was gone from the room when it hadn’t been a whole 8 hours that I’ve been checked out being that housing keeping was the only one to have access to the room. My advice to anyone that stays here is to keep up with your belonging.

I was greeted with smiles and kindness from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk personnel when I called in for my shuttle at the Miami airport. This has been the best of my three experiences at Miami! This facility staff has gone more than beyond their hospitality and professionalism. As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, it was also straightforward to communicate here at this hotel with the prominent people who were all fluent in English. Thank you so much. I will surely be back for the stay!
