Property was very chaotic during check in. Lots of maintenance items overlooked. No top sheets, rusty shower head, broken morrors, bedding smelled sour and host could not get us any at 7:30 pm so kids did not have blankets. Not worth the $.

Great view, very spacious and they offer beach chairs (2) and a beach Umbrella which were nice to have in hand. Be patient with the Valet parking and elevator as this is a very large property with to s of guests. The unit was also very clean and the person in charge was very responsive.

People who checked in and out they are very rude but valet parking guys were very nice. Bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation, it’s a big problem when anyone take shelter. Kitchen are very old model. Best part was parking.

Kind of knew what I was getting from other reviews. Excellent location right on the beach at a good price relative to others in the area. Brutal check in procedures with the valet parking (far worse on other nights and for others), can’t understand why they can’t have a better system and onsite communication on site during check in. Bathroom door was basically destroyed and rotten, decades old cabinets and leaks from AC. Otherwise I enjoyed the view from the room.

Elevator wasn’t working
Didn’t get a notice that there would be a maintain in the building, so we had to walk down with stairs from the 17th floor. Note that Seastays is a property in Castle Beach.

I will come back again to this place. Everything is so good. Check-in, communication with host was very smooth and clear. I loved the beach access from the hotel. The free valet parking really helped us. Just that the room is little bit old but it is well maintained. I love the place overall and rebook here again.

Great overall stay
The Overall Experience was amazing. The Location is Great and having the valet parking is a big advantage. My only suggestion is to improve Communication to provide Support for guests. Only Bad: Security of the Building is disrespectull. Never helpfull neither polite.

The APT smells like mold the worst 3 days of my life never slept an hour i feel sick from staying in that apt with that condition that was un expectable but had no other choice The valet guys are the worst they take more than 45 min to take out the car i had a rental and idk what they did but when i got the car back the check engine was on so probably abused the car when we weren’t there the wrap pf the car was scratched at the back bumper idk what to tell more when there’s a lot to tell
