Stayed here for my birthday Dec 2024 and the Usher concert. I love this property, love the aesthetic, the staff amazing! Big up Luis he’s adorable! He gave me the kaseya center view room and complimentary birthday drink! This property is close proximity to everywhere museums, restaurants, shopping and most of all right by the kaseya center. The room is nice and clean. You use an iPod to operate everything in the room. Only disadvantage is they could have at least provide even 2 bottles of water in the room. A case of water is not that expensive to just share among the rooms. But all in all a good stay

Very modern place.
Good location, but rooms are very small, but we like how modern it is. Clean, but they clean rooms only once a week, if you want more, you need to pay.

Rooms too small and uncomfortable beds, mattresses were very hard and for a king room it was ridiculously small and no possilbity for private wifi connection, no coffee machine in the room. Hotel was strategically located near the large concert/sport venue. Staff was nice, helpful but not enough to overcome a bad nights sleep.
