We were in town for a cruise and we're several hours early for our check-in. I asked the lady at the front desk if we could check in early or if they could hold our bags til check in and she immediately found us a room. They were super sweet and accommodating

I paid for the supreme suite with a balcony. We do not have a balcony and this room does not look like the pictures of the supreme suite so I believe I did not get the supreme suite. There was also pictures of a full bar and the bar is empty communications for the shuttle are slim.

We stayed 2 nights. Before and after our cruise. The first night the carpet was extremely wet. My socks were soaked! One lamp by the bed wouldn’t come on and the cabin lights over the sofa flickered all night. One the stay after our cruise, the lamp by the bed again did not work. The sun ports on the desk did not work. E washed our feet twice before putting our shoes on because they were so black. The carpet definitely needs shampooed! Our room 104 was next to the outside pool and the children were very loud and stayed in until will after 11pm. We had an early flight and had to be up at 4:30. I did appreciate the free shuttle to the cruise port ❤️
