Hyde Resort and Residences on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Aventura-ostoskeskuksesta ja Bal-satamasta. Rakennuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu ravintola, kaksi äärettömän reunan merinäköalasta sijaitsevaa uima-allasta, aurinkoterassi ja yksityiset Cabanas, täysin varustettu kuntokeskus merinäköalalla, täyden palvelun kylpylä höyryllä ja saunahuoneet.

Peaceful penthouse with incredible view
Our family of four stayed for a week and had a blast. This property is clean, safe, quiet, and has a beautiful pool and beach area. Great gym on site as well. We had groceries delivered and we mostly ate in, as this area has mainly high end restaurants and that cost can add up quickly. The on site restaurants are fairly expensive as is the pool bar. Staff was attentive and kept the property in pristine condition. This is a great penthouse and a beautiful resort.

The host or representative was very responsive and all of our questions were readily answered! We loved the large furnished deck and ocean views. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The resort does have very slow Wi-Fi, so don’t plan on streaming anything or using your devices without patience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider this property again!

High end resort style unit. Great amenities.
Some good and not so good stuff. LYFE resorts who owns and operates the property added on a day to our stay. Despite my showing the receptionist at the check in desk the VRBO agreement, she said the only way to remove the extra day was to get an email from the property mgr. ugh. Fortunately for us, VRBO responded almost immediately and sent the email needed in five minutes. That was great. The place was in good shape in terms of furniture and beds. Very comfy. However, the cleanliness was a little lacking. Some gross marks on some doors that needed wiped down and the floor was clearly vacuumed but needed either a swifter or mop down. Now, I know these units are flipped over fast, only allowing a few hours for the next tenant. But an extra 10-15 minutes to wipe down the floor and the doors would have been nice. The real issue we had was that there were zero kitchen towels. We wound up using the makeup washcloths in the bathroom.sand

Awesome Location for family time
Had a great time here, no issues everything was as expected and described. The beach is super close, you have all that you need. Walmart is walking distance for food.We managed to stay without a car and walk or Uber to places for dinner and activities. We came for the beach post cruise so it worked out well. The only thing is at times the wait for elevator was a bit much but it's the only bad thing I would highlight. I would return here for sure.

Wonderful Location!
The place was exceptional. The view is incredible from the 40th floor. Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is only 1.3 miles down the beach and is where we ate at the many restaurants. The 9th floor restaurant and pool were a delight, also with great views. My only complaint is that the balcony, where we spend a great deal of time, never got direct sun. I really wanted the sun but you have to go down to the beach for direct sun. Not a big deal. Thank you for offering your amazing place.

The property was very nice. However there really isn't much to do, especially for kids. You do need to bring your own washcloths because those are not provided. The unit only comes with 6 towels and 4 cosmetic rags. The elevator takes a long time if it's a high traffic hour.

Amazing place to stay🔥
First of all I would like to thank Laure Lederman for being so hospitable and responsive! This place is a must stay. Amazing view,perfect location with all necessary stores and restaurants nearby. Comfortable pool and beach procedure. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view
This property was wonderful! The view from the 40th floor was amazing! The host was very attentive to our needs. There were only a few cons, which were, The mattress in the Master Bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the wash clothes and towels need to be replaced. Unfortunately, we were rained out and didn't get a chance to enjoy the area attractions :-( Great location! However, We will return.

Beautiful condo on the beach
Easy, breezy trip! The condo is clean and comfortable with a large balcony to enjoy the views and lovely weather! Perfect set up for sharing with family and friends. The owner is responsive and always responded quickly both before and during our trip. The location was perfect with quick access to the beach and a beautiful pool. About 20 minutes from FLL and Walmart is about a mile away. Grocery delivery was an easy option and we used inexpensive Uber rides to get to various dinner places as we chose not to bring a car. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect view
Everything was perfect. We wanted for nothing. The place was so clean. Every utensil, bowl, glass, etc was there for us. The views from the (40th floor) balcony were breathtaking. We watched boats going up and down the intercostal waterway and people on the beach at the same time. The beds were so comfortable. Now the important stuff. We brought my 17 year old daughter and her best friend for their senior Spring Break. They had a blast and were throughly entertained the whole week.The beach was so clean and fun. The water was so blue and clear. We also utilized the pool deck on the 9th floor. It was a really beautiful pool and hot tub. Plenty of chairs. My only complaint about the pool was the no cooler rule. Our hosts couldn't control that rule. We were really close to the famous Hollywood Florida Boardwalk. We spent multiple evening walking and eating down there. All vehicles are valet parked. It was a great system. You texted them your code and car was ready by the time you got down to the pick up area on the 2nd floor. In many of the other reviews I read about the elevator problems. We never had any of those issues in the 7 days we were there. Sure they were busy at times, but we never waited more then a couple minutes. Long story short, we can't wait to come back. This felt high class all the way and the hosts were great. The building was always secure and we felt safe. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit if you have the chance. Hollywood Florida is an amazing area.

Could have been great
Pros: Beautiful view, spacious with great layout, super comfortable beds and pillows. Cons: Shower in one of the bathrooms did not have hot water. Contacted host and Zen vacation multiple times - they sent someone out to look at it but did not notify us that they were coming and when we we weren’t in left. The owner said they’d come out and also have maintenance come out again, but didn’t. Because we specifically rented this property (and paid the extra money!) for the two full bathrooms this was disappointing. Especially because they did not offer apologies or take any steps to compensate us for only getting part of what we paid for. We also requested dish soap or dishwasher detergent and did not receive. If weather cooperates this isn’t an issue (unfortunately we had two rainy days), but TV is finicky connecting to tv apps and internet connection for the TV is a bit choppy so some issues with buffering. Older Samsung SmartTV only has Netflix and Prime. Chromecast does not work.

Great location and fabulous view!
This place had it all! Beach, pool, good restaurants and an incredible view! Laurie was wonderful to work with and the condo was lovely. Only glitch was that our key card stopped working after the first day and we had a couple of trips up and down the elevator to get it remedied, but the staff was helpful in fixing the problem. Overall, a wonderful get-a-way!
