I reserved and paid for a king bed room. They didn’t have it and put us in a double bed room that was filthy. They issued a free breakfast certificate for two that I didn’t want because breakfast is better at any other restaurant around here. Totally disappointed! Expedia should have never sold me a room that was NOT available.

stinky towels, the floors, dirty sheets, no soap, no hand soap either no shampoo had to transfer to a new room after the first night with no AC. The next room was also dead stinky towels elevators sound like they’re gonna fall apart. My wife got sick because she got beat by bugs

Hotel room was clean & property was nice. The bathroom door didn't lock at all. Breakfast option/cost just doesn't make sense. You can reserve in your booking for only 2 people( @ $15 or so), but for third person in a family, it is more than double ($16.34 for one person). You can't even take it to your room. On top of booking/reservation they charge extra convenience fee for Internet, usage of facilities- gym/laundry etc.. This is not good practise. Every time you step out, your room key gets deactivated, which is another hassle. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this place.

One of the worst hotel that I ever stayed , the front desk staff most rude , anything you ask their answer is blunt no, there are no towels, toilet was not working flush on day one, very rude responses, intercom phone was dead most of the time so you have to go down to ask for anything overall the horrible experience starts with the front desk reception staff and continues throughout the hotel.
