Generally quite good, great staff and location, but hotel showing signs of neglect. Bathrooms in particular are dated, and you have to wait a long time for hot water to come through. Noisy side to the building where building works are taking place!

This pro perty is one of our favlrites in Miami. Located in the Brickell area of the city, its proximity to fine dining and shopping cannot be beat. The hotel itself is immaculate, quiet, and extremely well maintained. Although we did not dine at the restaurant this visit, since we met friends for meals, we have eaten there before and it is first class. All in all, the Hotel Brickell AKA is an outstanding hotel in MIami, well worth a visit.

We arrived late in the evening after our flight to London had been cancelled and we wished to stay in a good part of town for the next 24 hours before our return home. AKA gave us a beautiful corner room and extended our check out time to allow us to enjoy a couple of hours by the pool. The staff were all charming and welcoming.
