Dirty, flop house, misrepresented. RUN AWAY!!
Stay Away! Not as advertised. This is not an apartment, but a run down motel type of room. Much of the complex is a Knight's Inn. I would describe the other units as a "flop house"; there were guys out drinking on the balcony and people coming and going. Not somewhere I would leave my daughters alone. Parking is very limited, we couldn't find a spot. The owner's instructions for the nearest parking is at the Walgreen's down the street. The employees at Walgreen's knew nothing of an agreement to park there. The closest on-street parking that we could find was at least a 15 minute walk away. The unit is in very poor shape, with sections of the drywall paper missing on the walls. There is no kitchen as advertised, only a sink and microwave. Certainly no "cappuccino maker" as advertised. The sheets were also dirty, with hair and lint throughout. We walked into this unit, checked it out, and promptly left. We called hotels.com about the misrepresentation. They spoke to the owner, WHO REFUSED A REFUND. The same owner later emailed us about leaving a positive review, offering a measly 10% discount for doing so. The owner misrepresented the unit, refused a refund of the charges, and we had to find a new place to stay in Miami. Run away from this shyster.
