In Miami you do not need a heavy comforter. A few waste baskets, in bedrooms or bathrooms would be nice. Smoke detector going off in the middle of the night was unpleasant and could have been avoided with routine battery changing. Jacuzzi was barely warm. Apartment was nice, neighborhood not as pleasant. Had to rely on street parking iffy and worried about vehicle. Communication good. Other guests were loud and obnoxious. Could have been better.

Great communication with host(s). Easy to find. No complaints about the property whatsoever. Parking is on the street, and I found that a bit challenging. Sad to see so much garbage strewn on the streets. Obviously, the hotel cannot control that, but it is gives you an idea of how others take care of their neighborhood.

The property was exactly as observed in the pictures. It was clean, ample space, great for families and small groups, the area was perfect for small gatherings. The host was easily accessible and responsive. There is lots of street parking. The location is a short distance to lots of great dining places and nightlife. Lots of good coffee shops in the area as well. If you need homey-stay in Miami, this would totally be an option!

Very cozy apartment with COMFORTABLE BEDS! Beautiful pool and spa. A walk away from Loandepot park. Parking was our only issue if you count that as one. Host was very responsive. Will visit again.

Great place to stay in Little Havana
Very nice little apartment in a quiet residential area close to the more touristy Calle Ocho. Very comfy bed and good choice of TV channels. Loved the little pool and spa. Not much on the downside, but the AC was noisy and there are quite a lot of codes to keep track of (entrance gate, main door, apartment door …). Neighborhood is a little so-so, but did not feel unsafe.
