Erinomainen trooppinen miami-talo, joka sijaitsee Pinecrestissä. Unfortunately, there was a rat in the living room. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time with rat issues ... either one running around the living room/kitchen area and sitting on the furniture or men sent to trap/kill rats. The termite technician told us that he had advised the host/owner the previous month that rats had chewed through the back door into the laundry room. We have pictures of rat feces behind entertainment center, indicating rats were in the house before we arrived. When contacted, the host immediately went into "cover his ass," blaming the vegetation around the house, or an open patio door to the pool ... stating he had a monthly service dedicated to pest control ... therefore, he did not have a rat problem. Really? A rat in the living room is a problem! He falsely claimed, in later communication, that he offered us a full refund. That never happened. The host never called us or came by to see us. His only concern was our review. He offered a partial refund, by text 5 days after our departure, ONLY if we would NOT write a review, which we rejected. We advised him a full refund was in order and, more importantly, he should get his house in order so he could provide what he claimed his property to be. Clearly, it is not. The host knew he had a rat problem when he listed this property.

Family Fun in the Sun
This was a fall family get away to the sunshine State -- and our VRBO property did not disappoint! There is plenty of room, a large and beautiful outdoor space, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and lots of extra "comforts" for spending time as a family! The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive with a few last-minute needs. We would stay again! DiedraK & fam

Maison idéale pour passer ses vacances à Miami
Nous avons apprécié cette propriété par sa configuration, son esthétisme avec son jardin paysagé de palmiers, sa piscine et ses différents espaces de détente. La maison est aussi suffisamment spacieuse pour recevoir toute une famille (sauf enfant en bas âge car étages avec escaliers non protégés) ou un groupe. Elle est parfaitement équipée. Le quartier est très calme. Juste un point de vigilance à vérifier à l'arrivée : nous n'avions pas le bon code pour le coffre de clés à notre arrivée, ni les bon codes d'accès Wifi. Carlos a été notre interlocuteur attentionné pour répondre à nos questions et demandes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Beautiful Miami Home
Took the family for a short weekend getaway before school starts back up. The home was clean with everything you would need during your stay. Kids loved the pool and firepit area. Property was great size and private from neighbors. The propert manager Carlos was quick to respond for any questions we had. This home was sbout a 30 min drive from downtown and malls. Our family enjoyed our stay, wish we had more time to enjoy it longer.

Bachelor Party was a blast!
8 friends and I (9 total) stayed at this wonderful home for my bachelor party during Miami Music Week. This was such a nice and fun retreat to return to after partying in the city until late. Pool was beautiful and heated. Really nice grill gave us somewhere to cook a big dinner. Also, the grassy area in the backyard was the perfect spot for yard games. Plenty of space inside for sleeping, cooking, eating together, and hanging out. The host was even pretty lax on our check out time when I was too hung over to function 😂 We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend my last hurrah!

Beautiful Property
Older home but in a great neighborhood and beautiful property. Cleaning service doesn't do a very good job - but we managed. Also, the home owner has the AC thermostat locked so you can not control your own temp in the home. But other than that it was a great house.

Truly a Tropical Oasis
My family and I enjoyed staying in this house. The location of the house was great, the pool and backyard were amazing. The house was large, spacious, and quite comfortable; also, the owner was attentive towards us during our stay. The negatives of our stay the doors were difficult to secure and the latch to the sliding door seems to have been broken we couldn’t lock the sliding door as well as my family and I kept finding remnants of previous patrons. The house doesn’t seem to have been thoroughly clean and one of the bathrooms the sink leaked when using it.

Fabulous Casa/Home for those Familiar with Miami Area
Looking for a place for your family to stay while you visit family or friends who are local to the Miami area? Or wanting a place to relax while you shop and visit the South Florida area? This home is IT. In the beautiful neighborhood of Pinecrest, you will find this perfectly comfortable and updated home that has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, an extra bed area (so comfortably had a family of 5), fully equipped kitchen and beautiful pool/yard area. It is a SAFE, quiet area, near shopping at The Falls and a short drive to Coral Gables. Such an awesome location that it is worth it, particulary if you're not looking to be right on the beach but rather in a neighborhood. Publix, restaurants, stores are 5 minutes away. Beautiful landscaping. Our manager Carlos was super responsive to all our concerns, such as the water heater and control of the A/C. It was easy to resolve as problems came up. The house had some leftover traces of prior guests in the outside area, but the inside of the home was spotless. When we needed anything, Carlos responded ASAP. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be renting again.

Beautiful Outdoor Area, Great Pool, But…
Check in was bad due to being given the wrong code. Living area is spacious with comfortable furniture. Kitchen is outdated and poorly equipped. Outdoor grill barely works. Website pictures and description need updating. Not accurate. For 10 people, one bath towel each, no face towel, 5 wash cloths to share. After contacting the property manager, we were given more bath and pool towels. One pillow per person, no extra sheets or blankets. Cleanliness was a major issue. Not well maintained. The pool and outdoor area is amazing. The best part of the house. The pool is warm for swimming morning or night. Property manager is great. He was very responsive to our concerns. Sadly, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.

Beautiful House
Myself and 6 other females stayed this property. The backyard is gorgeous, however the jets on the tub do not work. Very relaxing environment. A few ladies did see a roach in the bathroom, but i would still stay here again. The pictures also need to be updated because the layout is different from the photos. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and 3 on the lower. More than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Beautiful house overall!

Great Place to Stay.
Everything with the house was great, the layout is slightly different but still a great place, pool is heated, etc. we weren’t able to get the jacuzzi to work but that’s okay. Only small I ssue I had was checking in. We arrived an hour early to find a cleaning crew still on premises, I then got a call from the owner saying checkin was 4pm not 3pm as stated online, we had taken a Uber from the airport so we were kind of stuck waiting (not a big deal though) The owner was very accommodating and we worked it out so that we could check out an hour later which was great! Even after we arrived though, the cleaning crew was still there another hour which wasn’t the greatest experience but again over all I’d rate this a 10/10 bc it was no fault of owner that the cleaning crew was late.

Girls Getaway
The house was a true oasis and exactly what we were looking for, and as it was portrayed in the listing. Excellent amenities and ease of communication with the property manager when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay
Nice home, well located, very quiet, 35 minutes from South Beach. In my opinion, the property could be improved with more dining ustensils in the kitchen. The manager was very responsive and helpful and fixed every little things that were not perfect when we arrived, for example he ordered new mattresses for the outside chairs, as the old ones were damaged because of the rain. We appreciated very much his availability. Thank you !

This property was amazing. Just as expected from the pics. The pool nor the jacuzzi got hot after multiple attempts at running the heater but we got in anyway. Owner was quick with replying and he made sure we had enough time to check out. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Beautiful and spacious but needs some attention.
I wish I could give a five star rating, but we had issues with refrigerator not working,, wine fridge not working, oven/range hood not working. We managed to pull off a brunch, but it was most inconvenient. The house is beautiful if you don’t look up. The stained ceilings and dirty air vents are an eyesore. The best part of the house is it is very spacious and well decorated. It is a great peaceful neighborhood and the yard/pool area is beautiful and serene. On a another good note, the host did compensate us for the inconvenience of the fridge. He was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay again if all items were addressed.

Pros: large family room, outdoors space. Cons: very small rooms but master area. Other rooms without space to move or to have night stands with lights. One room without closet, without night stands. Minuscule. Pictures on internet very deceiving. Kitchen dirty. Had to wash ALL dishes, cups, pans prior to using. Really dirty pans and lazy Susan. Not enough pans, serving dishes as previous renters have mentioned. I should have paid attention to that. All towels in the dryer. House seemed not ready upon arrival. Broken fan in one room. But manager of property came to fix it. I would recommend this house for no more than 2 couples and 2 small children. It cannot accommodate 8 as posted. No privacy and too noisy floor plan. If with small children, make sure to put up a fence around pool.

Hidden paradise in South Miami
The owner was very attentive to all of our needs. The house was in an amazing location - centrally located to the Keys and to Everglades. The house was nice and spacious and we enjoyed the pool very much. The backyard is secluded with a tropical vibe. This house is great for families.

Great Stay!
Beautiful, quiet and private location! The owner was responsive to any concerns or questions we had! House was not far from grocery and liquor store. It is quite a drive from downtown Miami so if you're looking to stay closer to Miami Beach/downtown Miami, I would suggest to look elsewhere. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
