23rd Floor Direct Oceanfront residence at the hottest new Highrise in the Miami area. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from this spacious oceanfront apartment. Built in 2017 this property has rarely been used and enjoys direct elevator access. You will be able to skip the long elevator lines as only 40 of the 400+ condos at Lyfe can use this private elevator. Resort fee of $40/day plus tax per condo, grants our guests unlimited Wifi, access to gym, pool, beach with two lounge chairs, umbrella. Valet parking required if you bring a vehicle. Rates vary by length of stay.

Short weekend stay
I’ll first start by saying the property and room size/finishes, location and views are beautiful on ocean front side. That’s mostly why we booked. However that is the ONLY good thing. 1. Check in process - TERRIBLE. Terrible CX, no one knows how to communicate, or set right expectations. 2. Expect to pay additional fees that are hidden in fine print of this listing. $35 for valet parking a day, $40 a night for resort fees to use amenities. Can’t use before checkin or after check out . 3. Our unit specifically had been empty for 2 days prior to our arrival and we arrived at the resort at 12 hoping to be able to at least use amenities - it was pouring down rain, no big deal we found somewhere to eat and walked back in pouring rain, kids were freezing it was 1 hour before check in and they refused to allow us in early. Eve k though unit had been empty for 3 days? Said house keeping could t get there due to hurricane which didn’t hit this area so that doesn’t make sense. Anyways we sat in the lobby for an hour waiting u til 4pm on the dot. 4. Drinks are insanely expensive $21 for a regular margarita/ but $6 on HH 5-8. ??? Makes sense 5. Now the room. Room was filthy. Refrigerator nasty, filthy dishes, towels and bedding didn’t look or feel fresh.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
The property looks just like the picures! AMAZING VIEWS! Beach access so convenient. So, I feel I need to say a couple of things... It sleeps 8 but only 4 coffee cups and glass cups? No beach towels, you do get a pass for 4, just had 8 people. NO dish towels or cloths. Hard to wipe the counter top/table. The beach chairs-3, 2 were broken. 1 we left for the trash, the bottom was ripped out, unable to sit at all.

Check in process with property management and on site management is not seamless. The elevator waits can be terrible, the unit was in need of a refresh and was not totally clean at check in.

Incredible Views, Fantastic Property and Host!!!
Words cannot express how beautiful and expansive the views are from this well appointed, beautiful unit. The patio furniture is top of the line and very comfortable. The light colored wood tile on the balcony invites you to your outdoor oasis. And of course, the balcony is never ending as it wraps around the unit giving you various sunset and sunrise views! The bedrooms and beds are extremely comfortable. So much attention to detail down to the placement of the beds insuring you only see ocean views from them. We even loved the neutral color palette that felt peaceful and relaxing! The grounds are great too as we really enjoyed our own cabana tent and chairs just steps away from the ocean. Kevin's place is a dream and we can't wait to go back!

We were incredibly happy with the accommodations from the moment we opened the door and saw that amazing view to the moment we had to leave that amazing view. Everything was as described. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Unit was clean overall very minimal on amenities and furniture Like 1 set of towels per bedroom 3 wine glasses etc The 1 elevator and the parking in the building definitely not good and a deterrent to use this property again

Fantastic condo in a poorly managed building
Fantastic condo, floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking view of the ocean, wrap around balcony facing SE, amazing sunrises. High end appliances, Italkraft cabinets, regular and Keuring coffee makers, W/D. All in great shape. Excellent High speed WIFI, QLED TV. Condo has 6 bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 hand towel and 1 kitchen towel, no wash cloths. Soap in 2 sinks. Plan accordingly. Kitchen well stocked with pots/ pans, Only 5 coffee cups, 4 wine glasses.. Plenty of spices. We appreciated the waters/ pepsis and keurig coffee in the condo on arrival. Great for 3 couples. >6 adults, not so much. MBR: Queen, large bath, 2 BR suites, each with full size bed, en suite bath / shower. MBR and 1 BR access to the balcony, all 3 BR have ocean view. VRBO is only listing. . Five Star Vacation is the actual renting agent. They are in CA, know nothing about the property, but quick to get messages to the owner. You will get a bill from VRBO and bills from 5 Star, total equals quoted price on the VRBO listing. 5 star sends a contract full of fine print that you don't see till after you've committed on VRBO. The negatives: The unit is a condo in a poorly managed hotel / condo complex. Lobby dirty and crowded. CHECK IN TOOK NEARLY TWO HOURS, followed by 20 minute line for the elevator, which had trash on the floor. Many renters had problems with the key cards, ours worked. The Hotel issues a MAX of 4 keycards, we had 7 adults. Wait times for the elevator range from 3 minutes to 25 minutes, with average being 5-10 min. Later in the week, the lobby and elevator cleaner, but still not up to what you'd expect for a luxury property. Hotel guests able to access the supposedly private condo elevator lobby. Door to hotel which locks from condo side open every morning. Gym and pool areas way too crowded for social distancing also a bit shabbier than expected. On some days but not others, security will remove condo renters from Owners reserved section on sun deck. Parking: valet. Added charge 25-28.00/ day. Service was excellent, but we were told by Maria from the property that parking was included with the resort fee.
