Modern and great location.

Location good, over the road to bayside market place. Boat trips and bus tours also start over the road. Lift procedure was bizarre but worked well. You were allocated a lift according to the floor you wanted but had to get to the right lift quick or it went without you. Shower good, bed very soft gave my husband back ache. Sofa quite badly stained. Balcony and view great to have. Didn’t use pool but it was beautiful. Quiet, didn’t hear noise or doors banging but did hear police sirens. I don’t know if I’d stay again, maybe stay south beach next time.

We loved our ocean view 2 bedroom unit and its spectacular view. One thing that put a damper on our stay though, was the valet service (took too long and some of the valet drivers had a bad attitude and lacked professionalism).

Tbey surcharged me for parking, other amenities, that I was NEVER ADVISED OF AND put it on my chargecard without my authorization. Check in great. Room very nice and well stocked with snacks and beverages. Washer and dryer in the room a bonus. Beds comfortable. Lighting in room and bathroom very poor. No daily room service. Had to ask for .ore towels, only 2 in the room. Towel bar laying on the floor, told front desk, never fixed. Good place to stay with family, close to everything and not be on south beach.

Great stay, but….

Front desk was great at check in, bell service was very helpful. Room was outstanding, clean, comfortable and stocked with more than we could ask for. It’s literally across the street from tons of live entertainment, restaurants and shops. Downside was the description of the ‘cafe’ which we had planned our morning for. There was no ‘cafe’ It was a cart by the door with a coffee carafe that was empty. Same for the condiments. I asked the uninterested employee standing by the desk where the cafe was and she pointed at the cart. I told her it was empty and the only response I got was, ‘I’ll tell them’ as she proceeded to text someone and dismiss me. We’d definitely stay again, but definitely plan on somewhere else for coffee and any type of breakfast.

Great location and hotel but some challenges with staff capacity to follow up on smaller items such as not having clean towels at the pool, taking a long time and several follow ups to get sheets for the spare bed etc.
