The area and the hotel really feels like you are in another country. If you imagine you are in Cuba then the hotel is as expected. However, considering that this is a hotel in America, it is like an old 2 star hotel.

We rent 2 rooms for 2 families, there was one room that was upgraded but with some roaches included around and the other one was super disgusting with moods, dusty stink like someone pee on it and the manager left us waiting for almost 2 hours with not solutions and since we had already paid $100 for parking we had to stay and live the worst experience hotel in our life... please people stay away from this Hotel...

Such a cute property! We had a two story apt-hotel with a private balcony. The location was perfect: within walking distance of the fun spots but nestled away in a quite area. There was a great pizza bistro and tea lounge located in the property.

In the description this hotel mentioned a gym but there wasn't a gym. Hotel had no ice and no phone in the room ( just would had use to call the front desk). When asked for extra towel I was given colorful towels what happened to the traditional white towels. The dish detergent had water in it Palmolive isn't suppose to be watery. The room was nice we had the penthouse but expect to see the downside to this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again

The property was located in a great area and in walkable distance to everything, but the downfall is it they don't keep up the housekeeping the beds are awful and the TV has no local channels you have to watch YouTube or Netflix which is crappy and the hallway smells like pee. The pool area is not clean daily and maintain there was a pack of M&M's that fill in the pool and on the ground for 4 days.

We had a really nicely designed king size room with a fully stocked mini kitchen! Everything was clean and everything worked perfectly. The concierge Luis was our favorite but all of them were great! We had a great time and definitely will be back soon!

Overall, the space was duable. We had a issue with roaches in one room and they moved us to a better room. I’d stay here again. It’s run down and old, but cute at the same time. Lol. We were just there January 2024!

Great area, but not the best choice of hotel

The person at the front desk was great but the room we were placed in was terrible. Nothing looked like the photos and we were placed in a room right above the bar unexpectedly. There were tiny ants on the counter, so any food we had needed to be kept high. Flooring had loose pieces. Bathroom sink needs work and they also use Qtip as screws to hold things in place.
