Brand New Beach House designed by @harrowhomestudio. Located within the "Beach Walk" Community this space offers stunning Lake Michigan views, easy access to the beach, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and off street parking. This is the perfect family getaway. This comfortable and relaxing beach setting will sleep up to 18 adults. We have 3 large decks, grill and outdoor seating.

Enjoy access to community pool, tennis courts, paddle boards, kayaks, playground, 1 min walk to the beach!

This brand new home was designed and furnished to allow for maximum comfort and relaxation while you are on vacation.

The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen where your family can gather around a 6 foot island and 10 foot table with seating for 10.

A spacious living area has 2 conversation areas with a large sectional, tv, and floor to ceiling windows to view the lake.

Our 3 large decks offer ample seating for everyone. Enjoy morning coffee on our front porch with a table and seating for 6 or cook outside on our brand new gas grill. You can dine and lounge outside in both the front and back of the house.

Our bedrooms were designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Each bedroom has brand new luxury mattresses, luxurious cotton sheets, and black out shades so you can rest well on your vacation. Our newly constructed home is quiet, efficient, and comes with on demand hot water (so you don't have to wait your turn for the shower), high efficiency windows, separate hvac systems for sleeping and living areas, and laundry on the second level.

Our property is unique in the beach walk area with off street driveway parking. It offers ample space up to 6 large vehicles. Many guests opt to rent a golf cart through a third party to travel around the neighborhood. *We do not offer golf cart rental through this property.

This home is in Indiana Dunes National Park and Harbor Country area. The area offers endless activities and adventures for all ages. Sandy beaches, hiking trails, casinos, wineries, shopping, and much more await you. Our home is in the beachwalk community - a family friendly beach neighborhood. Enjoy access to pool, tennis courts, paddle boarding, kayaking, playground, weekend family activities and beach access! 1 min walk to the beach!

Once in the beachwalk community you will not need your car. You can walk to all the activities. Many guests choose to rent a golf cart through a third party rental to get around. We are right next to the beach entrance (1 min walk) and a 5 min walk to the pool.

Required: During the on season (Typically Mid May-Mid Oct) All guests must purchase resort wristbands and parking passes through Harrow Home.  You can purchase wristbands at the pool for $18 per person per stay over 4 years of age. Parking passes are $7 per vehicle.
