The staff was wonderful and the hotel overall was clean. My room did not have full size towels and the toilet paper holders were both old and broken. The hallway smelled of weed, which is a complete turnoff; although I am finding this more and more at hotels.

The ADA rooms we had were not appropriate. One did not allow for access around the bed with walkers. The other did not have appropriate safety bars near the toilets. The heaters in either room could not be adjusted. Check in was chaotic and the elevators were not working (only 1 of the 3 was running). It did not appear that there was enough staff to clean rooms for up coming guests.

When we first got there, employees were arguing at the front desk. Breakfast was poor and waitresses were poor. Our room was clean. The heat fan made a noise and we were next to the stairwell that smelled a marijuana.

Great place to park for the airport. Pool was down for over 2 weeks which is definitely a perk for kids in colder areas. The shuttle took us to and from the airport. I did call and ask for a pack n play 3 different times for my baby and was told it would be available to me, after getting in from the airport at 3:30am and no where to sleep my baby, that was disappointing. I called down to ask a 4th time for one and was told she didn’t know where it was at and that she forgot to put one in my room. I mentioned this to another employee while checking out and she wasn’t very sympathetic at all. To parents this is a big deal

First the highs.. friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows, linens and towels were clean and good quality, building seemed full but was quiet.. the lows, we were there 5 days visiting family. Our towels were changed out once and new toiletries added (given we didnt have any to start) our garbage was never emptied. Sooo service not so hot.the pool we specifically picked this hotel for was..closed.

Could be better

Pool was closed (did not find out about that until check in). Room needs updating (curtains did not close all the way, water took 5 minutes to warm up, chair and ottoman were broken, bed was uncomfy). It's not all bad - it was clean and relatively nice, it just needs some TLC (and to inform guests at booking when the pool will be closed)

An old, tired building but OK for the cost. Location is good but the windows transmit sound well enough that on the 4th floor I could clearly hear the conversation every morning at 5am between the hotel/airport shuttle and riders. A small amount of mold in the shower. It's a renovation away from being great.

The shuttle from the airport required more than an hour wait. In freezing temperatures, not fun (advertised every 30 minutes). Bar and restaurant at night had a single person working, so wait times were excessive and one item order could have been cooked longer. only 1 of 3 elevators operational. coffee mess in room did not work. TV limited stations old
