BBH on uskomattoman monipuolinen vuokra, päärakennuksella ja erillisellä lakihuoneistolla, jolla on kattokerros. Kaksi ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuonetta - ei askelmia.
Hinnoittelu järjestelmässä on täyskäsi ja liitetty apt, mikä tekee 6BD / 3BA vuokra. Niille, jotka tarvitsevat vain 4BD / 2BA, tiedustele alennusta (10-20% vuodenajasta riippuen). Loft aptiä ei vuokrata erikseen, vain osana 6BD-varausta.

Päärakennuksessa on kaksi 1. kerroksen makuuhuonetta ja kaksi 2. kerroksen makuuhuonetta. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on täysi kylpyhuone kylpyammeilla, kuten myös suljettu ulkosuihku omalla takapihallamme. 1. kerroksen makuuhuoneissa on parisänky, kaksi erillistä sohvaa, joissa on vetäytyvä twin-vyö. 2. kerroksen makuuhuoneissa on kuningatar, kaksi kaksoset ja kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä.
Suuri päärakennuksen keittiön vieressä sijaitseva iso kansi sopii erinomaisesti takapihan grilliin ja rentouttavaan viihdyttämiseen. Kuumina kesäpäivinä ojenna ovet yhdelle lepotuolilla varustetuille sohvaamme tai lepää hiljaa varjossa kaksinkertaisen sisäänvedettävän markiisimme alla. Iltaisin voit nauttia kauniista länsimaisesta auringonlaskunäkymästä suoraan omalta kanneltasi. Päärakennuksen patiohuonekalut istuvat mukavasti 12-15.
Liitteenä lailla apt on erillinen sisäänkäynti autotallin sisäpuolelta. Sillä on oma olohuone, pieni keittiö, oma queen-makuuhuone ja parvihuone, jossa on täysi ja kuningatar. On yksi täysi kylpyhuone kylpyammeella apt. Ja mikä parasta, aptillä on suora pääsy uskomattomaan kattokerrokseen, josta on upeat näkymät.

BBH: lla on upea sijainti vain viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hiljaiselta sivukadulta Newport Resortiin ja First / Easton's Beachiin, loistavaan perherantaan, jolla on laajat mukavuudet. Helppo pyöräretki tai 15 minuutin kävelymatka Second / Sachuest Beachille tai pyörä / nopea ajomatka Third Beachille. Lapsille paikallinen ala-asteen laajennettu leikkipaikka on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. BBH on viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä monista paikallisista ravintoloista (mukaan lukien The Atlantic Grill ja Flo's Clamshack), surffauspyöräkaupoista, lähikaupasta, viinakaupasta, erikoiskahvilasta. Gem of Location & Great for Family Time
We stayed 4 nights over the holiday weekend as a large family at BBH. Everything was clean, made sense and was well appointed to ensure a good visit. The location is walking to Easton beach, with a few little gems of restaurants right there within walking distance also. For an easy no-cook night, the pizzeria was perfect right there, as well as the Italian shop. There is also a nice liqour store which was helpful, as traffic was (typically) insane in Newport for a holiday weekend. The kitchen was great at the house, appointed well with everything needed to make great meals to feed an army. Beds were all comfortable and cozy and the views from the balcony were perfection. Sara was a super amazing host, very communicative and supportive. We had a great time!

Family Fun
We had a wonderful time during our stay at Briarwood Beach House! The house was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. everything you needed. Appliances all worked well. The beds were comfortable too! The children enjoyed playing with toys and games in the house, and we all loved being so near the beaches. There are other things to do nearby besides beach activity. Many historical sites to visit. The loft apartment was great and while it had a separate entrance, it didn’t seem too disconnected from the rest of the house, and we went back-and-forth between the two easily. There were ten of us. All in all, it was a great place for a wonderful family vacation!

Host was easy to deal with. Location is perfect to Newport and all of the highlights of Newport. The house was very centrally. Located near restaurants that we could walk to. We enjoyed everything about our visit especially the cold weather. Newport is a very interesting place to visit with lots of things to do and see.

The house was everything we were looking for, a group of us were in town for the Newport race weekend. The house is spacious, very clean, well stocked and a great location. We cannot wait to go back when the weather is nicer to enjoy the rooftop deck! Sara and Lance are wonderful to work with. I would 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful House - Great Location
The house was the perfect house for a large group, with many different sitting areas and many beds/ bedrooms perfect for large families. Communication with the hosts were excellent. The location was amazing, short walk to the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Newport. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at this property for my sons wedding and it was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and to the Cliff walk. Everything was clean and spacious with both units rented. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were exceptionally responsive; the house is very well-stocked, clean, and functional; and the location is perfect. Short walk to Middletown restaurants and First Beach, slightly longer walk to Second (suggest driving and parking to bring beach gear - ~15-20 minutes unloaded). Highly recommended!

Property was beautiful, and close to everything you might need. Sara, the owner was a delight to work with. All questions were answered promptly and she came up with suggestions for the “ must sees” for any events in town. She made a small get away a little more special.

Exactly what we were looking for!
The property was exactly as described in the listing. There were 11 of us, all family members who spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s together just relaxing and reconnecting. There was plenty of room in the house for us to play games and watch movies, but still go our separate ways when we wanted some downtime. The house was close to so many activities. We could have walked to Cliff Walk if we had been motivated. Sara was great, and just the right amount of attentive. She answered the questions I had, quickly, and was generally a pleasure to work with. We would definitely consider going back to this house. The location was great for a winter trip, it would be outstanding for a summer trip.

Great location & large space for big family
We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. The property is a 2 block walk to the beach and same distance to the local coffee/ice cream/restaurants/etc. The amount of space was perfect for our entire family (4 couples and 5 grandkids). The separate apartment provided space & comfort for our family with newborns & toddlers. The roof deck view was great for end of day drinks & allowed those with fussy kids to still feel like they were right on the beach. The house exceeded expectations. Sara & Lance were great communicators & made sure everything was in order before check in. House is well marked with rules & instructions.

Newport get away
I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to stay in Newport with a mid to large size group. We had three families of four that stayed. There was plenty of room. The location was excellent (a very short walk to the beach). The homeowners provided a ton of beach gear including coolers, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. The house was clean, well-kept, and very well provisioned with kitchen essentials, movies, and more. The view from the top deck was awesome. We will definitely be booking this facility again.

Great location with wonderful sunsets
This is a great location, walking distance to several restaurants, the beach and the cliff walk. The window air conditioners worked great. Plenty of room works for both gathering or to separate.
