Aurinkoinen 5 makuuhuoneen kausiluonteinen näkymä vedelle Newport-linjalla. Sijaitsee suurella, puiden reunustamalla kiinteistöllä rauhallisella umpikujaan Green End -lammikolla. Kävele tai kulje helposti pyöräretkelle Newportin keskustaan (~ 1 maili) ja 1. rannalle ja Cliff Walkille (~ 1. 5 mailia). Nopea kävelymatka Cottrell Field -tenniskenttiin ja leikkipaikkaan.

Kolme asumispinta-alaa tarjoaa paljon tilaa suurille / useille perheille. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on sviitti, jossa king-vuode, kylpyamme ja oma parveke, toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja rauhallinen oleskelutila, josta on näkymät alemmalle tasolle. Pohjakerroksessa on vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningatar, yksi kaksoset) ja kylpyamme. Valmiin alatason sisältää TV-huone, jossa vuodesohva, sekä toinen makuuhuone, jossa parisänky.

Kansi sijaitsee ruokasalin ulkopuolella, josta on näköala aidattuun patioalueeseen, jossa on kaasugrilli ja ruokapöytä ulkona, mikä tarjoaa yksityisyyttä kesäisin pidettäville grillausmahdollisuuksille. Olohuoneesta otettu solarium tarjoaa lisätilaa rentoutumiseen.

Nauti illalla katsomassa elokuvia valtavasta DVD-kokoelmastamme (yli 400 elokuvaa, mukaan lukien yli 100 perheen / lapsen nimeä!) Rakastamme elokuvia !!) toisessa kahdesta suuren näytön televisiosta (60 "ja 55"). Meillä on myös kaappi täynnä lautapelejä, pingispöytä ja kirjasto upeista rantakirjoista lukemisen iloksi.

Talossa on keskusilma, pesula, kaasugrilli, nopea internetyhteys ja kaapelitelevisio. Meillä on myös pack 'n play ja syöttötuoli.

Great house in nice neighborhood
We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect for getting around. It’s about a two mile walk to downtown Newport, which we did walk, or it was easy to Uber as well. House was well equipped with pots pans etc, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and towels. Hosts communicated well and we had a fabulous visit. I would stay here again.

Lovely House
Spacious & modern with skylights all over, this house is nicer than it looks in the photos, and very centrally located to all of Newport’s various sections and attractions. Everything was either a short drive or a 30- minutes- ish walk. As other reviews have mentioned, Ryan is a super- accessible and responsive host. The master bedroom was probably the nicest we have stayed in ( and we have rented a lot of vacation homes) and the beds In all of the bedrooms were ridiculously comfy. Highly recommend this property!

Great place for families and friends
We had a destination wedding in Newport and this house was in a perfect place for our family. We were able to relax with family from across the country and do some sightseeing as well. The house is very comfortable with a convenient layout that made it easy to carry on conversations whether you were in the kitchen or the dining room or living room. The hosts were great. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok and were very responsive to questions we had. We would come here again for sure.

Great House for Families and Large groups
We had a great week and found the house to be great for an extended family. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the finished lower level is a great bonus. Plenty of room for teens or young children to watch their movies and play games. We didn’t walk to the beach, but it is a short drive away. We would definitely go back. Ryan and Becky were great hosts and very responsive.

Summer vacation
Fabulous home. Very accommodating and well stocked. We went with our three adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. Location is fantastic, less than a five minute drive to Second Beach and Newport center. Tons to do and very comfortable overall. Communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to vacation in this home again!

Great location, quiet getaway
Home didn't have much upkeep to the outside. Was not able to use the grill, outdoor table or balcony as there were tons of leaves and grill was dirty and had mouse houses in it. Fan in master bed didn't work very well. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pots and condiments. Close to stores and beaches. Lots of board games on rainy days. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were great, kept me informed of all check in details.

This was the ideal home for our girls' weekend. Five comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and dining area, lovely well-stocked kitchen. Modern, clean, and airy. The perfect peaceful home for a Newport weekend. Responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Family weekend getwaway
This is a comfortable, lovely home and we really enjoyed our weekend. We cooked meals, played ping pong, and hung out on the cozy couch. The hosts were responsive and gracious. It was a gray, cold January weekend so we didn't use the patio or porch--added benefits, I'm sure, when the weather is nice. Views of the water and proximity to Newport were a good combo. Everyone in our party (ages 24 to 65) gave a big thumbs up.

Perfect for the whole family
We very much enjoyed staying at this property! We travelled with our large extended family, and I felt that it was very comfortable for everyone. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and did not require to sleep on a couch. I also travelled with my two young children (2 y/o and 5 months). The home had pack and plays, high chair, and baby gates for us to use, which was amazing (let’s be honest, the less baby gear to lug around the better!) ! Also, plenty of space to park.

Vacation with adult children
Large property with plenty of indoor and living space in addition to the bedrooms. We had 9 people in our group and never felt cramped. This property would also work well with young children. Plenty to do at the house - ping pong table, videos, games, books and a nice yard. Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood - very nice. As stated in listing this house is about a mile from First beach. We drove our things down in the morning and for us it was close enough to walk to/from as desired. Unless you are a real trouper or beach lightly it would be difficult to walk with your beach things to/from. Thames street/Bowen warf is about 1.5 miles. We did some walking there but is was easy to drive and find parking through the week. So much to do in the Newport/Middletown area. Great property, great location, great vacation!!

Location, Location, Location!
Tucked inside a quiet cul-de-sac is a great multi family house! It’s close to everything. We were able to navigate everywhere we wanted to go in and around Newport and nothing was ever over 15 mins away! We had plenty of room and wonderful communication with the owners. Three cheers to Multi-age travel!

Amazing home in Newport!
I am the Maid of Honor for my best friend and booked this home for a bachelorette! The entire group had nothing but great things to say about the home. It was conveniently located near town and offered more than enough space for our group! The home was clean and equipped with everything we might have needed. The owners were kind and responsive. Wonderful stay
This property met all of our needs and then some. It’s in a great location for day trips into Newport and Jamestown. It was spacious for our nine person family and it made our trip to the area that much better!
