Spend your evening relaxing on the patio or take a quick ride to Newport, just a few minutes down the road, to enjoy world class restaurants and shopping.

I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set up for use during our stay. I’d recommend future guests check that area upon arrival, just in case.Other than that, everything was fantastic. The property was well located and adequate for my needs. It was missing a few key items...dishwasher, small paring knives, more hangers, and a radio. TV remote batteries seem to be running low and may need replacement. I'd consider renting there again.

Quick Trip
Went for the St. Paddy’s day parade with a few friends. We are Salve Alumni and love coming to visit. The place was super cute and in a great location. There was 5 of us so definitely tight quarters but Derek was very accommodating for letting us park a third car down the street. However, there was a lack of items for the kitchen such as pots or sharp knives for cooking and cutting limes. Overall, stay was amazing and would do it again!

Wonderful time!
It was lovely staying at this bungalow in Rhode Island!! Derek was so kind and the place was very clean and spacious. It is also in a great location close to the beach and Cliff walk and within walking distance of cafes. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I graduated from Salve in 2020. We booked this VRBO for a little reunion trip. This house is tiny but has everything you need and space was not an issue. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. There is enough room to park 2 cars right next to the house. Derek was super responsive and helpful to our trip.

Perfect getaway! Loved how we could walk to beaches and the Cliff Walk. Quiant, peaceful, private beachy area! Highly recommend Sardella’s Italian restaurant, very cozy and delicious! Will definitely come again.

Perfect location
The cottage was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The wildlife and bird sanctuary were a few minutes away ,a great place to walk or bike. Newport and the cliff walk were a 5 minute drive. Excellent getaway.
