Stayed here for one night. The heater unit did not work and when we told the front they brought us a space heater. That would have been fine but then it tripped the breaker twice and we could not use it. The place was a bit dingy, but clean. The best about the place was the staff service both at night and the morning. They were helpful and friendly. Location is right by the train station so if you need something convenient and don’t care for extra amenities, then this place is great. If you are wanting a longer stay at somewhere nicer, then I would recommend somewhere else.

Location was superb. Staff was excellent. The property is getting old/carpets & items in the room are getting old. Our room heater was not working. Morning breakfast did not had fresh items like banana, cucumber.

This hotel is perfect location to get around Milan and minutes away from central station. When we arrived check in was quick & helpful, rooms are decent size with clean rooms and super comfy beds.

They turned off our heater because we complained about noisy doors and faucets in restroom. Location is the only reason we selected this place but they think they can ignore all problems with dirty noisy rooms because of their location. My suggestion: find another place near the center and don’t book in this hotel.

Perfect and Centrally Located
Perfect location close to Milano Céntrale train station and restaurants. Literally 3-4 minute walk. Walkable to Plaza del Duomo. Bout 35 minutes. Rooms are small but it’s to be expected. Staff was very nice. Great breakfast experience at low daily cost.

Great location 3 minutes walk to Milan Centrale train station, hotel room was neat and clean, lady at reception allowed us to check out at 12:00 and we park our luggage at hotel as we had evening flight, overall I will highly rate this hotel

Convenient location, not restful
Great staff and convenient location to train station. Hotel promised AC but the staff was unable to enable AC reportedly due to local ordinances. Room faced the street so opening the window was not an option so forced to attempt sleep in the heat. Not the best choice for business travel.
