The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a wonderful view of a small plaza. Staff members were friendly and professional. We only stayed one night because of our flight schedule, but we would have been happy to stay longer.
