The personnel is always making sure that your stay is agreable and if anything is needed there are available to answer to your needs. Special thank you to the young Asian lady ( forgive me for not knowing your name ) who made the reservation at a great restaurant and was always ready to help. All the staff is smiling and making sure that our needs and requests are fulfilled, but a special thank you to Luca with whom we had great laughs and conversation every night when we returned from our dinner. Bravo to Magville.

Great staff. Small room but clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a broken toilet seat and the shower door was off track. But overall, served us well for a one night stay!

The property is old and even uses regular physical keys to access the room with these King size keys and only have one. We lost power one time. Overall, not a great experience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although our room wasn’t ready since we arrived early, the staff provided water and coffee while we waited. The only issue we had was that it was a bit of a distance to the city center.

Small luxury boutique hotel in quiet location
A good find, a small beautiful hotel in quiet suburb of Milan, but with easy direct access from Linate Airport and the M4 Metro and within quick reach of the Duomo and other key must see areas of Milan including the Galleria and other shops via metro, bus or tram. The hotel lies off a quiet street accessed by a passage to the side of the building and opens you to a beautifully kept and ran property by the management and their team. Breakfasts are good but being of the continental variety may not appeal to those from the UK who may expect eggs and bacon etc. The breakfast area is compact and can become very busy if all guests appear at the same time and use of the lovely outdoor garden area for dining is not possible when the weather is not good. However this was quickly recognised by the hotel team who ensured that more space inside was available from the following day. Would recommend and use again

This is a beautiful location. We walked to the Duomo and the shopping areas. Some great restaurants around within 5-10 min walk. The have a fantastic breakfast in the morning that you have inside or in their lovely patio.

Loved the smaller, more intimate hotel style that makes you think of a grand home vs a large flagship hotel. Great breakfast and service. We had a flight cancellation and the hotel was able to help rearrange and move all our luggage to a different room to help accomodate us an additional night.
