Glad I read reviews to ignore outside of property as we arrived late at night and in the dark and having never even been to Miles City before it could have seemed pretty sketch. But instructions texted were very helpful and The room was a hidden surprise! So cool!!! Large, loved the decor. Will definitely recommend and will stay again! Only suggestions would be to include a couple wash clothes & a few more towels and iron/ironing board.

This building is being remodeled. There is no security. Anyone off street could enter this building at night. We did not feel safe. Went to sleep inn instead. City Building codes needs to be notified of this operation. The room was not clean. Bathroom trash not emptied. Toilet seat was dirty.

We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite and it was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and new, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was very nice. Don't be dismayed by the hallway leading up to the room. It's under renovations still and has "old building" smell. Also, I was thankful that someone else stated in a review that the code to get into the room would be sent at 3 PM the day of check-in. The code was texted to me promptly at 3PM, along with other info. There is no front desk or person on-site, so if that is something that matters to you, that is a consideration. It didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here again!

Unfinished, but beautiful.
Beautiful room at first glance. However, many areas were unfinished. Looks like construction not quite finished. It really was beautifully presented and comfortable. Would rate it a 5 when construction completed.

Attending a wedding and family visit
The room was amazingly large and very comfortable. Just a couple of things that I thought might need to be looked at. The bathroom sink area needed a small trash can underneath the counter and the soap dispenser had dried soap on the outside of the bottle. One helpful hint to Hotels.com would be to state that a code to get into the room would be provided by 3pm on the first date of occupation. That was confusing and we had to contact the property manager to figure that out. The property manager was great to work with. Very courteous. We would definitely stay here again!
