Newly built house located on the bay

Wake up to the waves rolling in. This house has the best views of Escambia Bay. The house was built in mid 2021. It has a great open floor plan. You can see the water as soon as you step through the door. There is a big sliding glass door you can open up to bring the outdoors in. This home has a big sitting patio to enjoy the view just off the back of both the first and second story. The bottom level of the house is a large open area, great for hosting parties, playing cornhole, or cooking on the grill. There is also a prive dock with a shaded sitting area. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and fish or just hang out and enjoy the outdoors. It is just a 30 minute boat ride to Ft. Pickens and Ft. McRee. If you like to fish you have come to a great spot. You will see mullet jumping and dolphins playing in your backyard. If you bring your boat, there is a great public boat ramp less than 5 minutes away and a high powered water hose to flush your boat after a day spent on the water, or keep it anchored in the back yard so its ready to go wakeboard, tube, or fish again the next day. It also has 3 parking spaces under the house itself, as well as room for at least 4 more vehicles in the driveway. It is a 20 minute car ride to downtown Pensacola if you are wanting to shop or get some great fresh seafood. High speed internet is available, gas appliances, and fenced in yard for your pets. If you run out of things to do here, there is also a park with a walking trail, basketball goals, and playground for the kids at the entrance to the road. There is also a kayak available to use with lifejacket. This home is everything you are looking for if you are wanting a relaxing getaway.

We had plans to come down when we learned of Hurricane Helene. Heather provided details on the weather and was very accommodating. We stayed here last September and loved it then however there were improvements made since our last visit. Lovely house, lovely hostess, lovely visit. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Home Away from Home
This house has everything you could possibly need. It was well stocked with daily items such as napkins, soap, TP, dishes, towels and things to make life easy. The dock goes far out into the water where you can catch fish all day every day. I have no clue how many different types of fish my dad and son caught, they even fished in the rain. The swing and hammock are so nice and relaxing with the salty breeze. The sunsets are to the side of the home but the colors cast over the sky and reflect on the water, it is beautiful and great for family pics. The AC works great, beds are comfy, plenty of room to sit and relax. If you have bad knees it may be hard on them, the only way up and down is stairs but that is something I expected. My family really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. The host is also easy to contact and responds quickly.

Fantastic Bayside Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday visit! Spacious & so very comfortable. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! We were fortunate to have a sunny, 75 degree day on Christmas so we had our morning coffee on the swings out on the dock watching fish jump out of the water, many different water fowl and a couple locals out on their jet ski's playing! We hope to return soon! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy this home!

Breathtaking location and lovely home
If I could give it more stars i would! From the incredible sights and sounds of the calm bay to the beautifully decorated and sparking clean home there is literally nothing more one could ask for than this gem of a location. Everything about it was a true blessing to pur family. The owner is so responsive and helpful which was so nice on our family's first ever trip away. I came for work but almost felt like i was on vacation because of the setting. Thank you to our host. We will remember this w joy forever.

This is a beautiful home tucked away from all the noises of the city! The owners provided everything you could need for a home away from home. Loved the views from the deck! The only suggestion I have is to provide a bench or luggage stand to place a suitcase on when unpacking. I was afraid to place my suitcase on the beautiful white comforter.

A MUST STAY!
First off, Heather was fantastic to deal with. Excellent communication and very friendly. The house was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The road is remote so very little traffic. We found ourselves several times just sitting on the porch listening to the waves. The house itself was very spacious and beautiful. It really felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property and we are considering coming back again!

Tranquil Beauty
In the quiet, little town of Pace lies a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The three bedroom, two and a half bath has an open concept living room/kitchen area that overlooks the Escambia Bay. At night you can view the lights if Pensacola from the deck that overlooks the bay. The master bed is very soft and extremely comfortable. In the other two bedrooms, one is a double and the other a single. Since the house is on stilts, there are two flights of stairs to get up to the front door (for anyone with mobility issues) but once inside you find two double recliners, three TVs, a separate office/library with a large and wonderful assortment a books, and plenty of room in this beautifully decorated house for four to six people to enjoy the tranquility of the day. A kayak is also available for water activities. The water is shallow, hardly waist deep for a long way out. A short drive from the house takes you to Pensacola with many restaurants, Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Krispy Kreme nearby... anything you would need is available. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
